I was super pleased with Outten service!. I'll start with Eve who is always courteous when answering the phone and setting up service. My 2018 Equinox just stopped accelerating and died. Eric took oversight of my car so professionally. The service tech was very polite...sorry I didn't get his name. The cashier, Mary, was so friendly, and, again was professional. It was raining outside and I had various items in my hands since I was changing back to my car. She gave me a plastic bag in which to put everything! Then, as I was standing at the service exit door, Jodi came over with a large umbrella and walked me out to my car. I know she got wet because she made sure I was fully covered!!! I called in a truck and asked the salesman some questions. He was pretty helpful until I asked him about the check engine light. He said he didn’t know if there was a check engine light or if there was, what the code(s) might be. I loved the truck and had cash, but decided not to drive an hour one way without having more solid information. I was disappointed.
