They take a video of your vehicle explaining the condition of your vehicle and what was the cause of my problem with my truck, which was a recall. My experience today (10/23/2025) at ReedmanTOLL was outstanding. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, however, prior to my arrival the check engine light activated. This issue was explained to the personnel at the service area. The information was recorded and given to Mr. David Grimes, Service Advisor. Mr. Grimes explained that a recent ?Software Flash? update was available for the code that caused the engine light to activate. The Flash update was uploaded to my vehicle and it appears that the issue has been corrected.

Great experience with sales and service. They explain all work and take videos of the vehicle to show you what done. Very pleased with the dealership.
