After many hours of learning current market values and contacting many dealerships, Classic Chevrolet in the first phone conversation revealed no fixed or high pressure add ons - that was enough for me. Dealing with Classic Chevrolet was about as straightforward as you can get in dealing with any car dealership. Vehicle was available and as described, no dealer add ons (which seems to be a major issue in Internet pricing), and no high pressure sales. Just the typical unfun price negotiation at the end which I have 100% experienced in my every car buying experience. As a totally different experience, cars.com should deny service to Autosaavy and Car Revolution. One would be insane to attempt a purchase after reading their reviews. They do harm to the Internet buying experience.

No business can stay afloat, much less thrive, if it doesn’t strive to support customers and build relationships with them. I am writing to extend appreciation for the quality of service I received from Savannah Horn during my recent visit. My vehicle a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado was in for a manufacture recall condition. Savannah was professional, courteous, and demonstrated a remarkable commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. Specifically, I was very impressed by the knowledge she had regarding the recall condition while patiently answering all my questions which made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Exceptional service like this is rare and deserves to be recognized. Savannah Horn is a great asset to the Hiley Chevrolet Service Team.

Service was very good. It exceeded all expectations, which were very high to start with. I was met right away at my door and was walked through the whole process. Even on the pick up , I was greeted at the door and helped until I left. I apologize for not responding earlier.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.
