The only disappointment was I scheduled an appt and was there on time yet still had to wait for 2 hours to get my car finished. Service advisor was awesome tho and kept us up to date on the progress. Overall great experience not he work that was done.

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Great service and great people to have work done on our vehicle. We had to buy tires, so the quote was similar to everyone else. The prices are very comparable to other places as well.

Quick turnaround and comfortable lounge to wait in. You were able to do my oil change and repair my tire (an extra service that day) under the time that the service rep quoted me.

Tony Franks was a wonderful sales person. He was very polite, easy to talk to spending alot of time with us. He was very informative with our questions regarding the Traverse we bought along with the questions we had about the process of buying the vehicle. He also demonstrated how the dashboard operated and answered the questions we had about all of the new computer board which is alot different with our current vehicle.
