My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

6 months ago, I bought a 2020 GMC Sierra AT4, 85K miles, no warranty. Background, I live 115 miles from this dealership but they had the truck I wanted so I made the drive. There was never any doubt in my mind that I would not go back there for service just due to the distance. On my way home from picking up the truck, the TPMS system said there was an error and was only showing pressure for three tires (no LF). I chocked it up to a bad sensor and as I have replaced these in previous vehicles and know they are not that expensive, I pressed on home as it was too late and I was half way home . This was an intermittent problem until I did my first oil change / tire rotation. I mentioned this problem to the Chevy dealer and asked them to change the sensor. They checked the sensor and it was reading a strong battery signal so I told them to just rotate the tires and I would see what happens. Soon after, this intermittent problem became and consistent issue. The problem was it was showing the same LF tire even though the tires had been rotated and reprogrammed which meant the issue was something else. That Chevy dealer wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to diagnose the problem ($200). That's the history now why I'm recommending Coughlin, a couple weeks ago someone from Coughlin just made a 6 month check up call. I told her I loved the truck and had no issues other than this TPMS problem. I had no expectation of the dealership doing any thing about this, (six months and 7k miles later) she told me she would contact the Service Manager, John Tackett, and have him call me. The next day he did and he told me they would at least diagnose the problem, no charge and see what they could do. Thinking this was looking like it was going to turn into an expensive fix I took him up on the offer. Today I took the truck in and dealt with Paul Lynch, the Service Advisor. Long story short, not only did they diagnose, but they spent a total of 3-4 hours taking care of it at no charge to me. I find it so refreshing this day in age to have a company stand behind what they sold me, I'm just at a loss for words of thanks. Next time I need to buy a vehicle, I will be checking this dealership first, even with it being 115 mile drive. Kudos to John & Paul, thank you both very much!!! Also a shout out to my salesman, Forest, as I had a good experience when I made the purchase. Obviously, I recommend doing business here!!!

We have only had it a few days , Initial impression is good . Very comfortable to ride in and this is only the LS version . Probably the only midsize SUV with a V6 that you can still get for $33000 . V6 runs well , can't speak to the mileage yet as it isnt even broken in yet but should get 27-28 mpg out on the highway with a 9 speed auto . As of right now it shifts well . Really like the two tone interior . Has soft touch vinyl . Probably a few. spots on doors where the vinyl is a little hard and looks a little cheap it does not bother me . Exterior wise I like the LED headlights which seem to work well enough . Also like the LED DRL's which turn amber when you put the signal lights on . also has LED taillights and reverse lamps . Interior had LED reading lamps and interior lamps . The auto stop/start has a button to turn it off . This was a must for me . A deal breaker if it did not have it . It is down next to the shifter . The seats on mine are cloth , very nice lighter tan and the cloth is very tough material which should not wear out . Very happy with them and they are reasonably comfortable . The second row will recline a little though not as much as the first row . The second row is a bench type seat as this the LS version which is the cheapest one . Even this version has Blind spot and lane departure warnings, accident avoidance system,Lane keep assist Rear cross traffic alert . These aren't something I really wanted and will actually probably turn them off as I don't need the car manuvering the car on it's own . As far as long term reliability only time will tell . Initailly I see no issues with the car and everything seems to work though I havent really gone thru all features yet , I hope to get 10 years and 150000 miles out of this without a lot of trouble . Don't let me down Chevy .

Nice car with a smooth drive, interior and some items could be improved when talking about a Premier version, as the back seat of drivers side does not lift for a 3 row passenger to get in. The one I bought unfortunately the rear camera and parking system was not working after a week, which I took to dealership for a warranty review, a new system was ordered, but so far it has not arrived yet after almost a month after and I still not have a date to when it will be fixed.

I had my car service at Hughe white Honda at georgesville auto mall and Steve is my Communication which was excellent his hospitality was great. He worked with me on a price deal and they’re honest there and they don’t work off Commission in the service department. Which I’ll be back and highly recommend this place to get your car serviced! I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

What a nice smooth ride the Traverse gives you. Looks good, sounds good and has enough power to pull what I need. The look and technology are awesome. Be careful when you first drive it, it’s smooth enough to get you a ticket. If you’re thinking of an Explorer, go drive the 2 and 10 out of 10 times you’ll pick the Traverse.

I drove a 2011 Chevrolet Travers and in 2018 decided I wanted a car. Sooo I figured I’d trade it in and what a mistake that was my family then grew again and we are very much needing to up size again. My Traverse rode very good. I had lots of people tell me how much they loved the room that a Traverse offered I also liked that. The ride was very smooth and just very much comfortable. So I’d like to go back to a Traverse and stick with it. I’m retired and ready to travel some. So I’d like to go in comfort.

I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

Just bought a Grand Cherokee L from Byers CJDR. I bought the Traverse used, and I couldn’t be happier with this Chevrolet! The gas mileage is great for such a big vehicle! It’s smooth and Quiet, and does long distances very well! We went from Atlanta to Houston and got 29 mpg average combined driving! On some Texas roads it still rides a bit like a truck when sleeping in back, but so smooth and quiet when roads are not broken up!

For some reason all three of my Chevy Traverse have a problem with the left passenger windows front and back. I also have some type of problem with the rim on the tires.
