I bought an LT model new in 2013 and have driven it daily ever since. I have not had a single problem of any sort.....no repairs, service, etc. other than oil changes at the proper intervals. The interior has held up beautifully, and the exterior paint has coped quite well with being parked outside in the hot desert sun. The gas mileage is around 16 to 17 MPG, which is rather low, but it is a large vehicle. Acceleration is excellent, but there is a lag before the transmission downshifts for passing. Overall, it is one of the nicest, quietest vehicles I have ever owned.

He gave us plenty of time to look over the car, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable during the test drive. There was no pressure at all, just genuine support. Bought a civic. Emad was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The price was good based on market averages. Negotiation part was fine but what negotiation is really fun. Chelsey in the finance department was the most helpful and cheerful F&I manager I’ve met from buying cars for years. Store is clean, small lot, but busy road for test drive. Only issue for the general manger, invest in a real coffee unit—other Honda stores in the area have great coffee selections, would have love me a flat white

For some reason all three of my Chevy Traverse have a problem with the left passenger windows front and back. I also have some type of problem with the rim on the tires.

Love my car, perfect for every day or traveling! The far back seat is a little small but is was larger than other models I tried. The only aggravating thing are the tire sensors, they come on quite often.

They have great customer service and were flexible from both the salesman Scott Lindbloom and the finance manager Brandon Cooper. I was able to come in and look at the car one day and come back that next to pick it up. I really appreciated the flexibility in that I was able to pick my car up earlier than I had initially had planned. I would definitely come back for my second or third vehicle they made the process very easy.

First Chevy I've ever owned. Took a chance on it due to the insane deal I got from dealership. Been 2 years now and only had one issue...O2 sensors replaced..other than that nothing..it's been a great car, lots of room, classy interior and dogs love it for long road trips.

I love how friendly they were and how they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the car and in the car and that this was the car we were choosing. One thing I liked about the dealership was the communication most dealerships. They are wanting to sell you a car and this dealership wanted to sell a car but also was very communicative when it came to telling us what it was that was gonna happen. I really like how they took the time to not only make sure we knew what was going on, but to help us along the way. It’s a great car for every day use but it could have better performance considering the engine in the car. Not gonna lie but it does ok with slight modifications to increase power but would only recommend if you’re looking for a sleeper build lol. Over all it’s fairly comfortable , has its issues but it’s ok. Had to replace the transmission due to a recall. Apart from that it has over 98k miles on the original engine. I love the fun little features with the infotainment systems and the ltz trim was just perfect It does have a Tv in the 2nd row for the little ones I would 100% recommend this car as I got this car brand new with 2 miles from factory. It’s an amazing car.

This is my second traverse and I’ve never liked the seats in driver & passenger seats. They are uncomfortable getting in and out of. Not much room in back once front seats are adjusted and we’re not tall or large people! The windshield wipers are always noisy & scrub windshield. We purchased traverse as there was not enough room in any of the Equinox that we looked at and drove. Now that we’re older we would not purchase traverse or equinox due to way the seats are. The seating in my 2009 Traverse were much more comfortable and easier to get in and out of as the seats were so different than 2016 ones. Now I need to get recalls completed before we sell/trade! Thanks for reading and hopefully changes will be made in Traverse for the better! I’ve had Suburban that I really liked to as it was very roomy! My husband is a die-hard Chevy-GM customer and he has never bought me anything to drive but Chevrolets to drive.

Anytime I call and let them know that there’s a problem with my vehicle I bring it in and they take care of it. Found out yesterday that there’s something wrong with my transmission. Thank God for their warranties. I have a special needs son and I need a bigger vehicle and because of them I have that bigger vehicle.

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

This vehicle has all the room my 4 person family needs...Clean and low mileage. I am very happy with the purchase. USB ports in several locations and all the necessary bells and whistles. The 3.6l V6 with the towing package was a plus!

I currently have 158,000 miles on my Traverse . I bought it six years ago . It has been through my two kids and their permit driving . To driving my kids to school everyday for five years . We love twenty miles from town . I have always kept the maintenance up on it . I plan on driving my traverse till it is done . Chevrolet really did their homework when they made the Traverse . It has satisfied my every need in a car . I love the power , the quite on the road . The gas mileage for the power you get out of it . The comport for traveling . The ease of handling. I really love the Traverse .
