I bought my LTZ as a Certified Pre Owned, already 5 Years old. I have driven it for 3.5 years and just had to pay for my first Repair - a broken motor mount. It is quiet, smooth and comfortable. I am 6' 4" and go 250 lbs so space and comfort are paramount for me, and I could not be happier.

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

I can't say enough good things about the service department at Hessert Chevrolet. I purchased a 2019 Colorado and the next day had an issue. They brought my truck right in without a appointment and diagnosed and fixed it quickly and professionally. Our experience of buying a car at Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill was excellent! Salesman Jeremiah took very good care of us and answered all our questions and made our car buying process very efficient. We have only had it a few days , Initial impression is good . Very comfortable to ride in and this is only the LS version . Probably the only midsize SUV with a V6 that you can still get for $33000 . V6 runs well , can't speak to the mileage yet as it isnt even broken in yet but should get 27-28 mpg out on the highway with a 9 speed auto . As of right now it shifts well . Really like the two tone interior . Has soft touch vinyl . Probably a few. spots on doors where the vinyl is a little hard and looks a little cheap it does not bother me . Exterior wise I like the LED headlights which seem to work well enough . Also like the LED DRL's which turn amber when you put the signal lights on . also has LED taillights and reverse lamps . Interior had LED reading lamps and interior lamps . The auto stop/start has a button to turn it off . This was a must for me . A deal breaker if it did not have it . It is down next to the shifter . The seats on mine are cloth , very nice lighter tan and the cloth is very tough material which should not wear out . Very happy with them and they are reasonably comfortable . The second row will recline a little though not as much as the first row . The second row is a bench type seat as this the LS version which is the cheapest one . Even this version has Blind spot and lane departure warnings, accident avoidance system,Lane keep assist Rear cross traffic alert . These aren't something I really wanted and will actually probably turn them off as I don't need the car manuvering the car on it's own . As far as long term reliability only time will tell . Initailly I see no issues with the car and everything seems to work though I havent really gone thru all features yet , I hope to get 10 years and 150000 miles out of this without a lot of trouble . Don't let me down Chevy .

I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday and I got to the service department at 8:30am and Ryan checked me in and I told him what my problem was and by 9:30am he had my problem diagnosed and informed me that I would have to leave it overnight for next day repair. It was an exceptionally good experience because I was offered a ride back home and again back to the service department to pick up my vehicle on Thursday. The repair was an expensive one, so the option of getting the ride from and to the service department made it a little more acceptable. It's also nice having the coffee machine and hot coffee available and the television to watch while waiting either way. And the waiting room is always nice and bright and clean.

I recently purchased my Traverse. I love it! It all the features I wanted. Comfortable especially on my lower back, the ride is so smooth it didn't feel like I was driving and roomy great SUV for a large family

I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.

Great cars and great service, came in and drove off with a 2022 Honda accord. They did what’s they promised and got me a great deal!

I bought a 2018 Traverse new. I still have it in 2025. I bought it because it was an inexpensive truck. I have to say that it really grew on me as I have owned it. It is very reliable. I had only 1 check engine light after 4 years and cheap to fix. It runs great! Its fast and has a super comfortable suspension and interior. The stereo has a really good sound. It holds a lot of cargo at Costco for me. I take beach trips (total 7) with my gf and 3 children and their friends and everybody fits! I also tow with it. My son has a 16 foot Boston Whaler that it pulls no problem. Strong at the boat ramp as well. This is a great versatile truck and I will probably buy another one after 10 years. I am very pleased 4 stars for this truck. Almost perfect. Improvements: I would like a better and bigger touch screen and real usb hook up in car.

Nice car with a smooth drive, interior and some items could be improved when talking about a Premier version, as the back seat of drivers side does not lift for a 3 row passenger to get in. The one I bought unfortunately the rear camera and parking system was not working after a week, which I took to dealership for a warranty review, a new system was ordered, but so far it has not arrived yet after almost a month after and I still not have a date to when it will be fixed.

I have lots of credit issues and multiple repos and they were able to get me in a durango i really wanted yall gotta go see them.

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

My experiences have always been friendly and courteous. All work that gets done is explained to me in detail. I get all my service done their.

What a nice smooth ride the Traverse gives you. Looks good, sounds good and has enough power to pull what I need. The look and technology are awesome. Be careful when you first drive it, it’s smooth enough to get you a ticket. If you’re thinking of an Explorer, go drive the 2 and 10 out of 10 times you’ll pick the Traverse.

I drove a 2011 Chevrolet Travers and in 2018 decided I wanted a car. Sooo I figured I’d trade it in and what a mistake that was my family then grew again and we are very much needing to up size again. My Traverse rode very good. I had lots of people tell me how much they loved the room that a Traverse offered I also liked that. The ride was very smooth and just very much comfortable. So I’d like to go back to a Traverse and stick with it. I’m retired and ready to travel some. So I’d like to go in comfort.

I would like to take the time to recognize the sales manager "Danny" who turned a very unpleasant sales situation from one sales rep. to going above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and like a valued customer when the final purchase was all said and done. Not only did he apologize & remedy what was wrong, he followed up with new policy & procedures so that this doesn't happen again in the future. He made and kept his promises of having my new car sparkling with a big red bow when I came to pick it up after the previous sales rep, dropped the ball on the whole customer experience. He remained in contact to make sure all things associated with getting my car ready were implemented, which was truly appreciated. we went to Phillips Chevy in Lansing to look a new cars, we were greeted by Mike Stramaglia who showed us some new cars. as we were looking at new cars he found a used car for us that was much more reasonable and with the features we wanted. Mike is a great guy very knowledgable about cars and what customers want. thank you mike we will enjoy our Treverse.

Overall, happy with the service. Would have been 5 stars, however, my only complaint was the Parts Dept wouldn't match the discounted cost for 4 TPMS sensors. Originally they were charging $135 per sensor, while Chevrolet's website price was under $107 per sensor, which they did match. However, the online purchase was discounted by 20%, which would reduce the price per sensor to less than $87 each but they wouldn't match that price even though it said to pick them up at Burlington Chevrolet.

It's an excellent vehicle for larger families. I have six large adults that I haul around. Each and everyone has plenty of room to be comfortable. It seems to have more room than my Tahoe I traded in. It has good acceleration and handles well. I love the air-cooled and heated seats. It has a nice, solid ride. I am very happy with my Traverse. I traded in my 2021 GMC Acadia Denali, which I was very unhappy with.
