This is the second time we have gone to this dealership and in comparison to other dealerships Roberts Auto Sales is a Five Star company . I feel as if when I purchase I am getting quality at a fair price . I don’t like being bugged when I’m on a lot looking for that special vehicle . You can walk around and there isn’t any pressure to buy . The vehicles are taken care of , clean, feel and look new . I honestly feel like I bought a brand new vehicle . I did my home work on my new sienna and compared to other dealerships I saved a lot of money . Sure I could go to the brand name dealership however as soon as I step on their lot I’m approached . I can’t just look around without being followed and talked to . Let’s face it the sales people are making a living selling because they have to . The used vehicle section quality wise and looks which is very important to me lacks in care . I compared models . The name brand dealer the vehicles have many flaws . Roberts takes pride in making sure your vehicle looks the way you would want it to and they go through each vehicle to make sure it is taken care of and looks amazing . If you do not like some thing like a scratch etc .. Roberts auto sales fixes it with a professional job. Name brand what you see is what you get . So I feel like we saved a lot of money after comparing the quality of our vehicle . I could not imagine going anywhere else . Junior and Fernando are both really nice guys who work at Roberts . They are good with getting back with you with answers you may want . They make sure you are satisfied with your purchase . I do not think I could walk in to Toyota and say hey can I have five days to decide if I want to keep my new car ?? Their answer would be no ! If you want quality vehicles , sharp looking , new looking , you do not want some one bugging you for a sale Roberts is your place ! I feel they are honest open and care . A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

This dealership is like no other. The staff is wonderful and goes out of their way to get things done. I never feel like they are trying to up sale products I don?t need, and I always drive away happy.

We have only had it a few days , Initial impression is good . Very comfortable to ride in and this is only the LS version . Probably the only midsize SUV with a V6 that you can still get for $33000 . V6 runs well , can't speak to the mileage yet as it isnt even broken in yet but should get 27-28 mpg out on the highway with a 9 speed auto . As of right now it shifts well . Really like the two tone interior . Has soft touch vinyl . Probably a few. spots on doors where the vinyl is a little hard and looks a little cheap it does not bother me . Exterior wise I like the LED headlights which seem to work well enough . Also like the LED DRL's which turn amber when you put the signal lights on . also has LED taillights and reverse lamps . Interior had LED reading lamps and interior lamps . The auto stop/start has a button to turn it off . This was a must for me . A deal breaker if it did not have it . It is down next to the shifter . The seats on mine are cloth , very nice lighter tan and the cloth is very tough material which should not wear out . Very happy with them and they are reasonably comfortable . The second row will recline a little though not as much as the first row . The second row is a bench type seat as this the LS version which is the cheapest one . Even this version has Blind spot and lane departure warnings, accident avoidance system,Lane keep assist Rear cross traffic alert . These aren't something I really wanted and will actually probably turn them off as I don't need the car manuvering the car on it's own . As far as long term reliability only time will tell . Initailly I see no issues with the car and everything seems to work though I havent really gone thru all features yet , I hope to get 10 years and 150000 miles out of this without a lot of trouble . Don't let me down Chevy .

Nice car with a smooth drive, interior and some items could be improved when talking about a Premier version, as the back seat of drivers side does not lift for a 3 row passenger to get in. The one I bought unfortunately the rear camera and parking system was not working after a week, which I took to dealership for a warranty review, a new system was ordered, but so far it has not arrived yet after almost a month after and I still not have a date to when it will be fixed.

What a nice smooth ride the Traverse gives you. Looks good, sounds good and has enough power to pull what I need. The look and technology are awesome. Be careful when you first drive it, it’s smooth enough to get you a ticket. If you’re thinking of an Explorer, go drive the 2 and 10 out of 10 times you’ll pick the Traverse.

Bought a used Cadillac Escalade great experience, first service was nice but a little pricey.

I bought a 2018 Traverse new. I still have it in 2025. I bought it because it was an inexpensive truck. I have to say that it really grew on me as I have owned it. It is very reliable. I had only 1 check engine light after 4 years and cheap to fix. It runs great! Its fast and has a super comfortable suspension and interior. The stereo has a really good sound. It holds a lot of cargo at Costco for me. I take beach trips (total 7) with my gf and 3 children and their friends and everybody fits! I also tow with it. My son has a 16 foot Boston Whaler that it pulls no problem. Strong at the boat ramp as well. This is a great versatile truck and I will probably buy another one after 10 years. I am very pleased 4 stars for this truck. Almost perfect. Improvements: I would like a better and bigger touch screen and real usb hook up in car.

No haggle dealership, so, don’t even try. If you like the price, get your vehicle and be happy like me. Great experience all around.

We drove from Sacramento for a beautiful Mazda for our daughter. It was a miserably hot day, but they had cold drinks for the customers. Our car was clean and as advertised. They had a large selection of nice cars, rivaling any new car dealership. Friendly staff.

I drove a 2011 Chevrolet Travers and in 2018 decided I wanted a car. Sooo I figured I’d trade it in and what a mistake that was my family then grew again and we are very much needing to up size again. My Traverse rode very good. I had lots of people tell me how much they loved the room that a Traverse offered I also liked that. The ride was very smooth and just very much comfortable. So I’d like to go back to a Traverse and stick with it. I’m retired and ready to travel some. So I’d like to go in comfort.

I currently have 158,000 miles on my Traverse . I bought it six years ago . It has been through my two kids and their permit driving . To driving my kids to school everyday for five years . We love twenty miles from town . I have always kept the maintenance up on it . I plan on driving my traverse till it is done . Chevrolet really did their homework when they made the Traverse . It has satisfied my every need in a car . I love the power , the quite on the road . The gas mileage for the power you get out of it . The comport for traveling . The ease of handling. I really love the Traverse .

It's an excellent vehicle for larger families. I have six large adults that I haul around. Each and everyone has plenty of room to be comfortable. It seems to have more room than my Tahoe I traded in. It has good acceleration and handles well. I love the air-cooled and heated seats. It has a nice, solid ride. I am very happy with my Traverse. I traded in my 2021 GMC Acadia Denali, which I was very unhappy with.

I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

Tried using my own bank loan to pay. They couldn't find it. Told them I do have another bank with one they work with. Guy opened a new account instead of using my existing one so idk if the APR would of been different. Car had bo spare tire or floor covers. But because it was priced low, I am OK with it. Just the bank loan process wasn't smooth.

My overall opinion on CarMax was that I was very satisfied. I definitely never had such an easy and simple car buying experience.i would Recommend CarMax to anyone and everyone

I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.
