I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.

I currently have 158,000 miles on my Traverse . I bought it six years ago . It has been through my two kids and their permit driving . To driving my kids to school everyday for five years . We love twenty miles from town . I have always kept the maintenance up on it . I plan on driving my traverse till it is done . Chevrolet really did their homework when they made the Traverse . It has satisfied my every need in a car . I love the power , the quite on the road . The gas mileage for the power you get out of it . The comport for traveling . The ease of handling. I really love the Traverse .

I bought my LTZ as a Certified Pre Owned, already 5 Years old. I have driven it for 3.5 years and just had to pay for my first Repair - a broken motor mount. It is quiet, smooth and comfortable. I am 6' 4" and go 250 lbs so space and comfort are paramount for me, and I could not be happier.

Transmission is vibration on take off and some speeds. Sometimes about 50 give it gas and it vibrates. Anyone else have this problem. Please let me know.

2011 and 179,000 miles still running strong. Main repairs, some under warranty Expect your power steering pump to leak. Fixed 2x. 2nd time had to pay to replace new p. steering pump and rack assembly. $1200. Water pump leaked, needed replacing at 80k. $500 Valve cover gaskets leak. Engine runs strong, up to 21mpg highway. Transmission is smooth. Replaced all struts and shocks myself at 120k. ,$400 for all fr Amazon. Replaced all rotors and pads 2x in 179,000. Did myself at home. Rotors are $50 each doe AC Delco Silver ( Made in China) Pads are $60 for all 4 ceramic pads. YouTube has tons of videos on how to do brakes. Tuned up myself with Iridium plugs. Need a special spark plug wrench. Plugs are deep inside engine. Replaced all 6 spark coils myself for $80. Total tune-up with air & pcv filter less than $200. Interior still looks great. Most comfortable seats I've had. Exterior tricoat white pearl paint still glistening. Cooper tires last 75k on this car. Goodyear Fortrera stock tires noisy after 20k. Blowout at 30k. Auto VSC auto stabilze worked perfect. Keep car straight after blowout at 75moh.

A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.

I bought a 2018 Traverse new. I still have it in 2025. I bought it because it was an inexpensive truck. I have to say that it really grew on me as I have owned it. It is very reliable. I had only 1 check engine light after 4 years and cheap to fix. It runs great! Its fast and has a super comfortable suspension and interior. The stereo has a really good sound. It holds a lot of cargo at Costco for me. I take beach trips (total 7) with my gf and 3 children and their friends and everybody fits! I also tow with it. My son has a 16 foot Boston Whaler that it pulls no problem. Strong at the boat ramp as well. This is a great versatile truck and I will probably buy another one after 10 years. I am very pleased 4 stars for this truck. Almost perfect. Improvements: I would like a better and bigger touch screen and real usb hook up in car.

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

First Chevy I've ever owned. Took a chance on it due to the insane deal I got from dealership. Been 2 years now and only had one issue...O2 sensors replaced..other than that nothing..it's been a great car, lots of room, classy interior and dogs love it for long road trips.

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. It's an excellent vehicle for larger families. I have six large adults that I haul around. Each and everyone has plenty of room to be comfortable. It seems to have more room than my Tahoe I traded in. It has good acceleration and handles well. I love the air-cooled and heated seats. It has a nice, solid ride. I am very happy with my Traverse. I traded in my 2021 GMC Acadia Denali, which I was very unhappy with.
