They brought my truck right in without a appointment and diagnosed and fixed it quickly and professionally. Our experience of buying a car at Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill was excellent! Salesman Jeremiah took very good care of us and answered all our questions and made our car buying process very efficient. If there was something he was unsure about he quickly sought help from more experienced colleagues – he did a great job! Other members of staff such as William the Sales Manager and Jose from Finance were equally helpful and engaging. The team worked smoothly together to get us through the process of buying our car! Overall, happy with the service. Would have been 5 stars, however, my only complaint was the Parts Dept wouldn't match the discounted cost for 4 TPMS sensors. Originally they were charging $135 per sensor, while Chevrolet's website price was under $107 per sensor, which they did match. However, the online purchase was discounted by 20%, which would reduce the price per sensor to less than $87 each but they wouldn't match that price even though it said to pick them up at Burlington Chevrolet.

I bought a truck from out of state from this dealer. My sales person Youssef, was excellent. He answered all my questions and when I asked him for some pictures he send them and went over and above to send videos. They were extremely helpful in making my decision in buying this vehicle. He also helped with connecting with my shipping carrier. A+. The process was slow but overall the dealer was good to deal with. Very happy with vehicle. Would buy from them again.

I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday and I got to the service department at 8:30am and Ryan checked me in and I told him what my problem was and by 9:30am he had my problem diagnosed and informed me that I would have to leave it overnight for next day repair. It was an exceptionally good experience because I was offered a ride back home and again back to the service department to pick up my vehicle on Thursday. The repair was an expensive one, so the option of getting the ride from and to the service department made it a little more acceptable. It's also nice having the coffee machine and hot coffee available and the television to watch while waiting either way. And the waiting room is always nice and bright and clean.

Friendly staff that keep you well informed about the service your vehicle requires. They take a video of your vehicle explaining the condition of your vehicle and what was the cause of my problem with my truck, which was a recall. Service writer Ryan was a great help and got the repairs completed very quickly.
