Went in to purchase a car today and wasn't sure how things would turn out but it went amazingly well! I have been to many car dealerships but I have never been to one quite like this. The customer service was top notch! Tom Jennings puts more effort into finding you exactly what you want than anyone I have ever seen. His efforts are above and beyond. My experience at Ferris with Tom Jennings has set the bar pretty high for what I expect out of dealerships in the future. Overall, my experience was great! I felt like a valued customer even when I had chose not to make a decision that day.

I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. I felt very comfortable with everyone I spoke or text too. I do not like the car purchase process however I would buy from them again even though they are in Ohio and I am in Connecticut.

Tom was outr salesman, and he certainly made sure we were satisfied. Lisa took care of the delivery and orientation process. When I was able to, I talked with Dwight Fouts about the car. He figured a deal for me that got that particular car in my garage.
