On Time Service- I had a 9am appointment for the first Service on my 2023 Silverado- the truck went in on time and I was leaving the dealership at 9:30am with my service work being completed- That is what I call good service- they don't leave you sitting in the waiting room - the service gets completed and out the door you go.

I made an appointment at 11:30 for an oil and filter change, then i added a tire rotation. They were very friendly already had the paperwork ready. I went into the waiting room, (which was very clean). In less than 1 hour, I was told my car was ready. I have been using Chevrolet of Boaz even before it was named Chevrolet of Boaz. Scene 1990 I have bought 1990 Cavalier, 1993 Cavalier, 1998 Cavalier and 2015 Cruze from them. They have always taken care of my cars.

My experience with Chevrolet of Boaz was excellent. We negotiated a fair price for my 2025 Chevrolet 2500HD Trailboss after comparing local dealership offers in my area and the price didn?t change after I drove 160 miles to pick it up and finish paperwork. No unnecessary fees or products were pushed on me at any point. They did give me a great deal on a factory extended warranty as well. Truck was as advertised. I was in and out in less than an hour. Took car in for a service , told it would be about an hour and a half. Had 1:00 appointment, arrived a little prior. Attendant. came out and took information and took car back. About 40 minutes later lates I was all set and ready to go. My attendant Anderson took care of me as usual and made sure that I was satisfied.
