The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

Did not offer to repair tire and did not rotate tires. Also did not offer free car wash.

The staff was efficient and my car is running smoothly. My vehicle was covered under warranty but it was difficult to work out due to it being a weekend. The staff was very helpful with getting back to me and keeping me updated through the next week and were able to fit me in right after.

I had the pleasure of accompanying my aunt to purchase her vehicle. Anthony Davis made the process very easy. The conversation flowed really well, he listened to her concerns and helped ease the stress of purchasing a vehicle. When I am in need of a new vehicle, I will return to Anthony.

THE SALE CONSULANT OMAR WAS NICE AND DIDNT PRESSURE ME AND WAS PATIENT WHICH I LIKED BYING A NEW CAR ECAUSE I DONT LIKE TO FEEL PRESSURE INTO BUYING A CAR. THE BUSINESS MANAGER DENNIS R. Agent Keith greeted me when I pulled in for service. He asked me to step inside and would be there in a minute after checking my VIN and mileage. He helped me locate my rewards number on my phone and went over the prices for my oil change, tire rotation and new battery. Later when I was in the waiting area, Keith informed me that 30,000 mile maintenance needed attention. I agreed to the two services recommended and was still out of the dealership in around two and a half hours. Keith processed my 10% discount and informed me of a $20 rebate for the new battery. He explained the process for requesting the rebate online. I highly recommend Garber Chevy for their sales and service. I have bought three cars here and am willing to drive the seven miles to Garber even though there are Chevy dealers in Lansing, Ill where I live that I no longer deal with if possible. The other dealership will always ask me three to four times if I would like to trade my car in or do I want to look at new car models. I don't like that, if I want to look at a car or want a trade-in, I'll ask. Go see Garber and you will be surprised!

Monty Samad helped me with the sale of my Tahoe. He was quick with getting the appraisal complete and to me. After the offer he even worked to price match from other buyers to see if I could get a better price. I’d highly recommend talking to Monty about any vehicle purchasing or selling needs you have.

I just had another great experience with Phillips Chevy. I have worked with Shawn Breish in the past, so I sought him out again to help me find the car I needed. As before, he listened to understand my family's needs, and we discussed costs and options. He was patient with us. We looked at vehicles, test-drove them, and then left to do our own research. That's right, we left with no hard push from their staff to seal the deal quickly. When we returned, Shawn worked with us to negotiate pricing, and we bought the car that we wanted and needed. The Finance rep, Michael, was efficient and answered related questions. This, in addition to the Service Dept, is why Phillips is usually our first and last stop.
