We just purchased a Tahoe High country from Paul C and we absolutely love it. This is the third vehicle in 5 years from Paul C and it has been the best experience we have had at any dealership. The management and finance were also the best we ever worked with.

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

I always enter a new dealership with hesitation; will they have integrity while conducting sales, or be xxxxxxxx going for the quick buck? East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

They make sure all concerns or issues in your car are checked, perform necessary service maintenance required, clean up the car in & out, and pre paid maintenance / additional protection offered is worth to consider when buying the car. Totally different from other Land Rover dealership

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. I’ve had no issues with this! Even braving the Minnesota winter roads was nothing for it! I slid and the car handled it like a champ! Very reliable, great gas mileage, and very comfortable!

Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. Chris and Mike and the entire staff at Sunrise Chevy made the trade and sale and finance real easy.They asked what vehicle I wanted, and they made it happen. Within hours I was driving the vehicle off the lot. I should have asked for the new Corvette!! (LOL)

The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Like the Auto 4 wheel drive living near Buffalo, N.Y. So far short trips only, comfortable, have the LT model good gas not fantastic, ride good because of large tires, a little stiff.

I have a 2022 Chevrolet Trax Lt, Bought it Brand New and now haveappro 4500 miles on it, Not a single problem so far! My Dad was sold off I n GM Products thru his life, I saw first had their Toughness and Dependability and have had several in my life time at 68 years old! I m about to retire and wanted get me a Good Reliable Vehicle for Retirement, I chose this 2022 Chevrolet Trax Lt! Love the way it drives, Very Comfortable, Love the Cruise Control, Remote Crank, XM Radio etc! Wish it got better gas milage but Still would Highly Recommend This Vehicle!!

I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

I have driven my trax for 120,000 miles and I don't know if I have been very lucky or the car is very good, it has 120,000 miles and I have only changed the AC radiator, front brakes, oil every 10,000 miles and tires, not a single more mechanical expense, does not cause problems and it looks good

My son got into a terrible accident, where he got hit from behind by someone going at high speed, and his Trax got absolutely smashed into the car ahead of him. The tires were sideways and the car looked mangled. He walked out of it with no injury. Chevy for the safety win!

To make a long story short: I’ve been looking for a newer Jeep Wrangler for a couple weeks and I kept running into dealerships with shady salespeople or hidden dealer fees that were ridiculous. Lucky for me I saw a Wrangler that was just posted on City World Hyundai, I called and requested the best salesperson, to my luck I was transferred to Dayri O’Neal and I can’t begin to tell you how amazing she was from begging to end. I work a lot and I don’t have the time to go to the Bronx from Jersey so Dayri FaceTimed me from their lot and showed me the vehicle in detail, she provided the carfax over text and email, went over all the dealer fees way in the beginning before I had decided to purchase the vehicle (no hidden fees or ridiculous dealer fees like most other dealers). Dayri also let me speak to her manager Eddie who was a really straight forward, knowledgeable, empathetic person. Dayri and Eddie agreed to deliver my Wrangler to Jersey for FREE and also gave me a discount on my truck for being a Veteran while thanking me for my service in my beloved Army. I had never purchased a vehicle online before without seeing the vehicle in person but Dayri and her team made the process so easy and trouble free that it was a no brainer. On the finance side make sure you see Mykael as he was really good about getting me the loan I needed, my credit isn’t the greatest right now around 630 and I have multiple cars already being leased and financed, however Mykael was really confident and very reassuring that he would be able to obtain the loan for me, and indeed he got me a great rate all things considered. My review ends with Dayri coming on her personal time around 10pm to deliver my vehicle from the Bronx to Jersey, the truck had been detailed and filled with gasoline (I never asked for those things btw). In conclusion if you’re thinking about buying a vehicle, make sure you come to this dealership and ask for Dayri because I’m sure you will be writing a 5 star review just like I am right now, super happy with my truck, no surprise fees, a good loan interest rate and the overall experience Dayri and her team provided. I have a 2016 chevy trax LT AWD it's a great little suv. Great pickup, great gas mileage especially on the highway, smooth enough room for 2 young kids. I love the passenger front seat that folds down.
