My search for a car was very strategic so when it came time to buy, I already knew EXACTLY what I wanted. Doug was able to put my work to reality, and now I am a proud owner of my FIRST Chrysler product. Because I was pressed for time, and very particular, I had my doubts, especially having talked to so so many people responding to my request for information. This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

Considering it’s a 3 cylinder car, the performance exceeds expectations. If you’re looking for speed and power, you’ll be disappointed; it’s not designed for that. It’s a small SUV, designed for economical transportation and it doesn’t disappoint on that front. Very comfortable, handles great, great on gas, looks nice and even the base model has everything you need. I miss the push button start which is lacking on the base model, but not a huge issue, and no button on the remote to open the rear hatch is annoying too, but again, I’ve adjusted! Otherwise, you have to consider the low , very affordable price as a trade off. I love it! GM has a winner!

This is a great car I love my LT trax performance is great and is a lot of room I'm 6-5 and I can get in and out with ease and very comfortable!!! I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

I love everything about the car from the interior to the exterior, the color, the tires etc. It’s just so perfect and beautiful. I love it and I will highly recommend to anyone. Chevy cars are perfect.

I have driven my trax for 120,000 miles and I don't know if I have been very lucky or the car is very good, it has 120,000 miles and I have only changed the AC radiator, front brakes, oil every 10,000 miles and tires, not a single more mechanical expense, does not cause problems and it looks good

I switched from a Hyundai Sonata sedan to the '25 Chevy Trax. I like the exterior as well as interior look of the car, especially given the reasonable price. Gas mileage is good and the car rides comfortably. The controls on the driver side are a little close to one another, but overall, I'd highly recommend this car.

Bought/ leased numerous cars from Taylor Ford over the past few years, the last few from Brian Patton. I can?t say enough good things about everyone from start to finish. From sales team, to finance, to reception, to service and cashiers, I have only dealt with one thing which was minor and handled immediately and to above my satisfaction.

Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

I was there for service. All wheel alignment and oil change. Like always a great service and great atmosphere. Job was done quick. Never had anything bad to say about your facility

I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

Unexpectedly had to swap my 2020 Trax for the 2025 Trax & haven’t regretted it one bit. I am so in love with the 2025 design, it’s so spacious, and rides smooth! Joe Rice at Weber Chevrolet always makes my experience feel seamless.

My son got into a terrible accident, where he got hit from behind by someone going at high speed, and his Trax got absolutely smashed into the car ahead of him. The tires were sideways and the car looked mangled. He walked out of it with no injury. Chevy for the safety win!

I was pleased with how quickly they repaired my Malibu. I and put in an hour for a tear in my sidewall. Unfortunately I needed an oil change and their schedule was full. So I had to use an outside source.

Very sporty looking, economical and fun to drive car without breaking the bank. It’s is my second one sold 2024 model after driving 40k never given me trouble. Exterior and interior is next level you won’t get bored of. Don’t get fooled with the 3 cylinder I don’t even realize how quick it hits 150 kmph on hi-way. I figured with high octane gas it’s even faster you can think of. Hope this helps.

I had been searching for a car since late August and finally bought one on December 1. I have searched the inventory at Hertz Woodhaven in the past but never found a car intriguing enough to check into until now. I made contact with Hertz first through cars.com email after seeing a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage at a unbelievably attractive price. I received a prompt email reply from Jordan, my sales rep, who told me that the car probably would be sold but that if the deal fell through she would contact me again - which she did the same day. I test drove that car but I found a couple of things I disliked about it. Hertz had three other 2015 Mirages on their lot so I tried another one. Didn't care for that one either so I tried a third. That one I liked. Jordan was extremely cooperative the entire time. I did not detect the slightest aggravation from her whatsoever. She was very professional and cordial. Outstanding in every way. So, once I decided to purchase, Jordan handed me off to Matt, the business manager, who handled the sale documents. Matt was Jordan's equal in his professionalism. Never hurried me through anything. He was also sympathetic when it came time for me to write the check. I hesitated briefly because I wasn't entirely sure I wanted to buy at that moment. Matt was very patient and could see that I was slightly reluctant but did not display any signs of irritation with me. That put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable and confident enough to complete the sale. It also helps that Hertz has a no haggle price policy. No need for the extended negotiations which often take a lot of time - too much usually. Another big plus with Matt is that he kept all of his promises. The car was ready to pick up the next day and the title arrived to my home within a week. You can't ask for better service than that. More often than not, I've needed to contact a dealer after the sale to straighten out something. In addition to Jordan and Matt, there were a few other sales people who were very friendly while I waited for the sale to be completed. It might have been because I was the only car buyer there that time and day. Nevertheless, none of the staff ignored me when I had a question or when I felt like talking to kill the time. It didn't take very long - 90 minutes start to finish. Buying a used rental car at Hertz Woodhaven was the least stressful car buying experience I've had in 40 years. As to the facilities themselves, the Hertz corporation should consider upgrading the showroom appearance to match the five star level of customer service. The building is old and the interior decor spartan - but it was clean inside and out which is commendable. And, their lot is too small for the number of vehicles on hand. Although I found a parking spot in the back, there was only one spot. A dedicated area just for customers would be a big improvement - 4 or 5 spaces in front would be sufficient and would plainly show that the customer is #1! Now onto a couple of big negatives that is probably just Hertz corp. policy and beyond the control of the sales staff. Matt presented options for add-ons such as Lo Jack, extended warranty, etc. which was a real turn off. I told him before he started his spiel that I was not interested in any extras and I got the impression he had to offer them anyway. Standard procedure I suppose. I wish car dealers would stop doing this already. I know, good luck with that. Another thing I didn't like is that Hertz only had one car key when I took possession which apparently is common when buying their rentals. It might have been mentioned the day before or cited in the paperwork but I don't recall this happening. Hertz should try harder to keep both keys with the cars they're selling. Very strange that they don't. Where does the other key disappear to? Anyway, a long winded but honest appraisal of my Hertz Woodhaven experience.
