I am on my 7th Hyundai. I've been coming to this dealership for years. Gayland has helped me numerous times with so many different problems and he is so knowledgeable and helpful and kind and I really enjoy interacting with him and learning from his knowledge. Also I would like to mention Lewis Lopez kind sweet smart great attitude at work. As far as the sales team goes I've really enjoyed Jose. And Maurice and Kyle who are sales managers are super helpful kind and sweet and even remember me. I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

Great service, the service man wrote the order, ask us to wait in the customer Lounge. They installed new car battery and oil change less than 1 hour.

I have a 2018 SS a d I love it. With 455 hp and 455 lb ft through a 6 speed manual and quad exhaust, 8" screen, deluxe instruments, full LED/ HID lighting, spoiler, splitter, diffuser, K&N filter, tinted windows, and a Pioneer TS-WX1210A powered sub it rocks inside and out. Great car.

Ford Mobile Service is such great feature of the dealership. Chris is an excellent technician who does needed work efficiently. This service is easy to schedule and is so helpful.

my experience at Gunther. Volvo was great. This was largely due to my interaction with Jerry, in. the service department. He was very kind, helpful, and patient. He enjoys his job and it reflects how he treat the customers.

This SUV is solid in almost every way, but if I had to have any complaints I would say: *The design isn't really original, or even "Blazerish". Do I really care? No, but it's just kind of the reality that it doesn't look a lot different than the Equinox, Traverse, and many other vehicles by other manufacturers. Anyway just saying that they could have tried a little harder to have a signature defining figure to separate from everyone else. *The other complaint is that it doesn't have a CD player. Like who decided to save $100, and not put one in? Some Gen Z kid? Again, I see that a lot of cars are this way, but it's just being forced on us by this young crop of kids...At the very minimum take a survey to see who would elect to have one put in, or elect to have one not put in...people are just going with it

I have had my impala for 6 years now and it has been a great first car for me. It fits everything I need when I take it to and from college and it’s always up for the road trip. I love how comfortable it is and it drives incredibly smooth. Sometimes I have to crank it a few times and give it a little gas to get it to stay running, especially when it’s hot out but other than that it has been a very reliable car for me! I will miss my impala whenever I decide to upgrade to a new car.
