I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

Having issues with the AC not working properly, had in 2xs for this an dealerships fines nothing wrong, tells me if it happens again bring back in.

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I traded in my Dodge Challenger for something that gets better gas mileage. Let me say first that I was skeptical about trading in a car for fear of losing value. They saw that my car was very well taken care of and offered more than I was expecting for trade in value! Karla responded to my inquiry first thing after checking to see if they had what I wanted in stock. I arrived the following morning and Karla met me on the lot. Im giving this place 5 stars because there was no hassle what so ever! These people are different from the giant dealership system where they send you from person to person. I have owned Chevrolet for over 70 years but the newer they get the worse the Electricions get right now having trouble with the brakes only work when everything esle is working.

They had a great looking truck on the lot. I stopped in to look at it and they offered a generous amount for my trade and a good price for the truck. It was quick and easy and I left with a great truck!

Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

Unfortunately Steve Schmitt didn’t have a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was interested in. Their response time to my Jeep inquiry was very good.

My Tahoe: I love this vehicle, too big for my wife to park, but oh well. Just the other day we stopped at the grocery store, had an elderly gentleman say to us that is the most beautiful paint color he has ever seen. He loved the Tahoe. That makes you feel good inside that you made the right choice.

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

Only negative I could say about the company and it isn?t really a negative is that they don?t accept my vehicle warranty and other dealerships do and it has been proven to pay out on claims. Other than that the service they offer is great

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

The part for our tail lamp needed to be ordered, so we were not scheduled for the repair for about a week. However, when the part came in, they made arrangements to get our vehicle fixed the next day. The shop waiting area was clean and coffee/tea was provided for us waiting on repairs.

Top shelf all around. The ride is terrific. Handling is great. Independent rear suspension makes all the difference in the world. Chevy’s top secret vehicle. Needs more advertising!!!

Pretty easy process for us. We knew what we were already going to be looking at because we really wanted a hybrid. We bought it used but the dealership did a really good job inspecting it and making sure it not a lot was wrong with it. If it weren't for the smoker who was in it last I think the headliner would be cleaner but otherwise the car was in good shape inside. There were a few dings here and there on the outside. The car drives and runs really smooth and overall was happy.

We purchased our Blazer preowned. We have had zero problems and it still looks and operates like a new car. The exterior finish has kept its shine as does the interior fabrics and vinyl. A quality automobile.

From the first time we stepped into the dealership back in October 2013 we felt welcomed by everyone we made contact with. In particular we'd like to point out the receptionist made an immediate positive impression. Very friendly, personal and appeared genuinely interested in our needs. We met Paula Louis on our first visit in the dealership and became very comfortable with her assisting us in our search for a new vehicle. She seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in looking at but did not pressure us in any way to make up our minds before we were ready. Unfortunately or fortunately we decided we were most interested in the new 2014 Highlander, which Toyota was still in the process of making improvements on. When the new vehicles arrived in late January, Paula was prompt to call and spent all the time we needed to help us make the right decision on which upgrades would best meet our needs. She expertly pointed out differences in capabilities and offered helpful suggestions. When it came down to dickering over the purchase price, there really wasn't any. We came in with what we understood should be a reasonable final offer based on calculations and loan interest rates provided by USAA. Paula personally had not dealt with this process before, but willingly presented the numbers to the principles who would make the final decision. We were pleasantly pleased to see they came back willing to match or beat our offer. Deal done. From there Paula expertly took us through every detail of ordering the vehicle and completing the basic paperwork. Again we had to wait about thee weeks for delivery, but it seemed worth the wait. During closing, Matt Mohan walked us through the purchasing and financing process in minimum time and then Paula spent all the time we required to get to know the uniqueness's of our Highlander and even help us set up some of the electronics like cell phone blue tooth connections and personal seating adjustments. Overall, we would rate our experience with Newbold as exceptional. Thanks for making this a pleasant event for us.

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.
