Got to service line and waited in my car, no one came to meet me. Went inside and spoke to service representative about my appointment. At 9:44, appointment was at 9 am got first communication about the car. Was done aprox 10:15 am. The service representative quickly explained to me what the problem was and the solution.

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

Plenty of room to carry the grandkids and still room in the back for carrying things. Navigator 2.5 L engine, back up camera, towing package and great features throughout. It's like driving a luxury car. I love my 2017 transit connect van !

I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

I’m in the process of removing my earlier review, because wow. Absolutely wow. Everything has changed. It took a bit to get all of this done, but after escalation, it was a whirlwind how quickly and seriously our problems were taken. Our Bolt was brought in twice, had $3000 worth of work done on it, complimentary alignment, and complete understanding and empathy from the service team. I think we had experienced a rare moment of falling through the cracks a bit, and when I got it to someone’s attention, they made sure we got right back out of that crack and more than taken care of. Any of the trust we lost, was gained back and then some. Their sales teams was already amazing, but the service team really went above and beyond for us. I know who we’ll be buying cars from for years to come that’s for sure. When you’ve dealt with the absolute worst of the worst when it comes to car dealerships, you know these places are rare, and it’s even more important that’s celebrated and recommended. Go see them! I promise, they do want to help you get in the best car they can, and will make sure it keeps running when they do.

The Express 2500 Van is a heavy duty van platform with tons of configuration options from the manufacturer and the aftermarket. There are 3 engine choices and several trim levels to suit. Great unit!

I want to Thank everyone at NCAC for their help and assistance in making my 1st ever vehicle purchase (@ age 44!!!) amazing and painless. One particular individual named Arion (hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful and courteous answering all our questions and always asking if we wanted water or needed anything (it was hot out today). The salesman Josh was most helpful and showed us everything they had. I thought their prices were reasonable and they had some very low mileage 2019s. We later decided we needed to change what we were looking for from extended cabs to crew cabs so we did not end up buying from Whitten but were impressed with their salesman who was laid back, very informative and not high pressure.

I was looking to down size from a full sized van. The City Express has proven so far to be a good choice.
