This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

Just want to say thank you to Shannon, Michael Glasgow, in the Service Dept. Salesman Cowboy Everett, Adrian, Doug Menees in Finance and the management staff at Patriot Dodge of McAlester. We purchased a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 truck from them during their Grand Opening celebration 2/16/18. We had several problems with it the day we test drove it. Cowboy came to our rescue and they had the truck towed back to the dealership. He stayed with us to make sure we were okay and the truck was safely back at the dealership. The service department was very professional and took care of all the problems that developed with the truck. We were not charged for any of the repairs. We are so grateful for all the staff that worked on the truck. We purchased the truck for our grandson for his 16th birthday. He now has his standard transmission that and is so happy. I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

I was driving with my daughter home from college in her 2007 Trailblazer. The tranny seemed to be going out as we arrived in town late at night. We went to Nix the following morning to see if we could get a fix to limp home, but what I thought about the tranny was confirmed. The tranny was dead. It could probably be swapped out with a salvage tranny by a small independent shop for less than what I was quoted for a new one at the dealer. Regardless, time was short and I didn't have the resources to fix it so far away from home. Options were limited, but they had a 2016 Equinox on the lot and I had a trade in with a bad tranny. Being on the road passing through, I was afraid I might get my eyes poked, but in fact Nix made a very fair offer and helped me get on my way. It cost more than I would have liked to have spent, but again, the deal was very fair. Paperwork and logistics were worked out and we were rolling before lunch. We made it home in time for dinner and my daughter has a much newer ride which gives me peace of mind while she is away. I believe the folks at Nix recognized my situation and instead of taking advantage of me, helped me and my daughter get on our way. I am very thankful to them and how they assisted us during this stressful moment.

Bought my 2015 Silverado in 2023. It’s been a great running truck. It’s roomy and runs very smooth and is very good on gas mileage.

My 2020 Tahoe has been pretty much trouble free. It is very comfortable and very nice to drive. It gets very good gas mileage for its size too. 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. I would definitely buy another one.
