Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

During our time at McCarthy Honda we worked with Ben and he is incredible at his job! He is a straight shooter and his motivation really was to find a car that was the best fit for us. He happily and professionally handled all of our questions, comments & concerns. He was knowledgeable about the cars in stock, financing options and respectful of our boundaries. We did find a car we loved, but it was outside of our decided budget. During negotiations we worked with Rodney. He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn’t feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn’t going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. In today’s world we (as a society) have to be more cognizant than ever about putting our money in the hands of good people, and we have no doubt McCarthy Honda is one of the best dealerships in town (if not THE best) with GREAT people. This car was my first car and I literally never want to get rid of it. It’s so comfortable, easy to maneuver, and safe (been in 2 accidents, not a scratch). Fits so much in the back. No real complaints besides the gas this beast needs. Cheap to fix.

I bought my 2011 Chevrolet impala ls in November of 2019 had 124k miles on it it now has 331k miles and the serpentine belt just broke it needs new gaskets and seals but it still runs

I have a 2005 Colorado LS Ext Cab 4X4 with Z71, Cherry Red Metallic. As of August 2025 , has 377,813 miles , and still driven every day. The 5 cyl gets 20 mpg around Town and 22 mpg on the highway! The 3.5 L has 95% torque from 1500 rpm to 6000 rpm, and excellerates well , easily cruises at 2200 rpm at 80 mph! I pulled a 5000 Lb rv from Branson, MO to Atlanta, GA averaged 14 mpg. Best Truck I have owned!

I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

from what I'm seeing other people report, the 1.4 turbo is the problem. I have the LS 1.8 and yes I have replaced the water pump but it was not driven hot so it did not damage the head gasket or block. it has 180,000 miles on it and runs like a new one. the comfort and handling makes up for the lack of power although it has enough. it's not a Camaro or a Corvette but it's a xxxx good Car.

I have owned my Cruze for about two years now with no problems. I have driven this car back and forth to work and around town multiple times, with no issues. I have the LS trim with the 1.8. I can say the LS trim lacks many features, but still provides easy to use technology and a comfortable ride.

Service was good for the oil change that we required at the mileage we were at. We would recommend this place to others if they needed service.

First car from 15 to 23 years old. bought it used at about 80k miles. I personally loved this car. She doesn't have the sleekest look, buttons do feel cheap, and the backseat is a 2 seater with a small child seat in-between. Gas mileage was great though! I'll say I was lucky to have a dad who knew general car mechanics and could fix most problems if I ever had them, but after having the car for 5 years without my dad, I never had to take it in to a mechanic. Never made funny noises unless it was my brakes, and i'll be honest after 8 years I hadn't changed them... Wasn't until maybe a month ago at 146k that an engine light finally turned on for something to do with the timing control valve. Dad was going to fix it until someone wrecked into it 2 weeks ago. pretty sad to see her go. It has been extremely reliable for me, didn't take the best care of her but she did of me!

Purchased my new 2006 Equinox when first released I'm the only driver excellent on gas still a little under 150k miles NO major problems. It was made in Canada would purchase again but not until this one totally gives out love my BLACK Chevy!

I bought a 2011 w/ 7k miles and now have 163k miles. Very few issues new water pump 5 years ago, 2 brake jobs, synthetic oil changes every 3k miles, replaced windshield wiper motor. Very good vehicle for the $. Buying slightly used saved me $7k.
