We would like to thank the entire staff at Jacky Jones Ford of Hayesville. The entire experience was great, and professional. We flew from Ohio to pick up our new/used truck. Mike our driver that picked us up at the airport was great and courteous. Once at the dealership we meet our sales rep Jesse who showed us our new/used vehicle. Very professional to say the least. The vehicle was very clean inside and out. Took it for a test drive, came back and finished up the paperwork. Then we met the sales manager to ask if there were anything they could do better. But, honestly I would say not much...it was a truly great experience and well worth the distance of travel. We did have an issue with the radio and notified Jesse what was going on the next day after we got home. He replied within a very short time that they were making it right. What a great group of people. I would rather drive 6.5 hours to purchase a vehicle from Jacky Jones Ford than to deal with someone local. I have never experienced such professionalism with any other dealership. You guys have truly raised the bar. We will see you again when we are ready to buy another vehicle. 1999 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 review
Great car still 24 years later
This was the first car I had ever bought new, I've kept it. It was my main driver for about 7 years in all weather conditions. The only issues I've had with it was the O2 sensors/MAF sensor, the window motors (they're terrible) and a trans issue. Overall I think i sunk about 4500.00 in repairs over 16 years...until I stored it in 2015ish, after that well it takes a lot to get em going again which I did...but I do have 127,000 on it and the motor is perfect. its a fun car and now it's pretty avg for speed though back in the day best bang for the buck out there.
