I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

10 out of 10 - Could not be more satisfied with my purchase at this dealership. To summarize, I just purchased a new vehicle I found online 12 days ago from a Grapevine dealership. A beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Altitude. 6 days after driving it off the lot, I was t-boned and the car was deemed a total loss. With a small window of time to find a replacement, my family and I were on the hunt this past Saturday, 3/8/25. Starting in McKinney and surrounding DFW areas, we visited 6 dealerships, viewed 9 cars, and made a handful of offers/negotiations within approx 9 to 10 hours. While heading to Irving to basically settle for a car that was decent but ultimately not what I wanted, I made one last desperate attempt to find something better and reached out to Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM by Ed Morse. The salesman, Brad answered the phone and I gave him the list of what I was looking for and asked if he had it. In short, he said, no. But, his actual words were "I don't have that, but I have a beautiful Jeep that just arrived and you're going to want to see this. As a matter of fact, if you see this car, I guarantee you're going to drive it off the lot today. You might as well turn around now and come here." I tell you what, he wasn't lying. I did want to see this and I drove off their lot in a gorgeous 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland that blew my 2021 out of the water. Once we left the Irving dealership, we arrived the the Freedom dealership in Sherman 20 minutes after they closed simply due to the commute and last minute call. Brad and Bird were outside eager to greet us, and in no way shape or form seemed in a rush. These gents were kind, friendly, professional, personable, and genuinely wanted to take care of us as the customers, and they excelled at all of it. The entire buying process was seamless and when shopping for future vehicles, they will always be my first stop moving forward. After an exhausting day, just bummed, and having dealt with a lot of salesman who really could have cared less about me and my buying experience, Brad and Bird were true God sends. The entire experience with them felt like getting a little wink from God. Thank you for the outstanding experience. 0 complaints from me, except, why didn't I call sooner?!

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

They were easy to set up the service. Reasonable and quick to get it done. They are not the closest dealer but they made it a easy experience.

We purchased this car used from Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston, RI, with 1yr warranty. Unfortunately within 1 week of purchase we noticed driver door wasn't properly installed. Dealer refused to fix it. Will never go back to that dealership

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

At the time of writing this review up it has been an amazing vehicle to drive every day for close to 13 years now. Pros: - Most powerful and quickest of the "Big 3's pony cars" for the year of 2010. - If you want to drop a camshaft in this car the heads do not have to come off of the 6-speed manual LS3. Easy to make ~500 RWHP on pump gas. - The Canadians build this thing right and I have never had structural, engine, transmission or body issues. - Has a backseat; Corvette does not. Cons: -Rubber pieces of the interior wear away too easily over time. -Horrible visibility that hasn't been improved even in current year-model Camaros at the time of this review. -I have had to replace the air conditioning system twice, each time costing over $2000 at a dealership.

Justin was very helpful and responsive. He negotiated to his best ability and admitted fault when he miscommunicated recall laws in TX on used cars. The process was quick and I was out in 30 minutes.

The staff here is courteous and doesn?t treat you like they are trying to fill a quota. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here, and plan to purchase my next one here as well.

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I hope he sells, sells, sells until all realize he is a role model. Shout out to Adam who answered my million questions!

Bought this truck several years ago - 2012 and it drives excellent! Pulled a 20 ft boat and trailer to the bay with no problem. It is a little tricky to maneuver around short turns.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

He walked me through the whole vehicle, and sat with me while I set up my on star. Matt in finance was also wonderful. He had me in and out of his office in around 10 minutes. I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

15,000 miles when I bought it, and just got 96,000. Nothing except oil changes, brakes and tires. Going to replace spark plugs, vacuum pump, and battery before I hit 100,000 and I’ll be looking to put another 100,000 on it.
