I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

They made the entire process very easy. I live pretty far way so it was important to be able to discuss all of the necessary details before I made the trip. The personal video they made for me was very helpful. There were no games or gimmicks, it is exactly what you would want a car buying experience to be.

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

I have owned Chevrolet for over 70 years but the newer they get the worse the Electricions get right now having trouble with the brakes only work when everything esle is working.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Have the custom crew 5.3 .only wish it had center storage and volume controls.these should be standard on a 40 thousand dollar truck.great family truck ,great for pulling and bed hauling.

Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

The salesman (Dakota) didn?t pressure me at all. We went back and forth for a few days and ultimately made a deal to buy the truck. $1000 BELOW Sticker! (That might not be a big deal to some but where I?m from that?s unheard of. Next step was getting it across the country. Way too nervous to put a beautiful truck I?ve paid for and never seen on the road without me. So I said I?m flying out. Without hesitation they offered to pick me up at ANY airport. We are talking Chicago, Detroit, Indy. Wow. If Jew into Chicago and was picked up at 2 in the morning by Joe and Josh. Great guys. (Josh can?t drive for xxxx. LMAO) Got to the dealer right when it opened. The truck was out front, washed and full of gas. I signed in 2 places and was out the door in 30 min. Took me 4 days to drive home. (For some reason it took 2 days to get through Vegas) This dealership is awesome. To see a local community, a group of employees that are like family really gives me hope. Sad that someone actually working for your business is so rare today. I live in California, when they list a vehicle here for $60k you drive all the way to the dealer for some shmoozy salesman to put a $25k mark up on it and then make you feel poor. ?That?s what we?re getting for em? Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

In 2016, I was interested in purchasing a new car and trading-in a car and a pickup. Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.
