I purchased my 2007 Avalanche in 2011 and am second owner. I absolutely love this truck and have taken excellent care of it the whole time. I bought it with 65000 miles on it and now have 250,000. Yes, I've replaced things and have been proactive in replacing other things that can go out like water pumps, alternators, etc...I absolutely trust this old girl to take me anywhere and any distance and wouldnt hesitate to buy another one.

I’ve had over 30 cars in my lifetime. Mostly BMW, Honda and Lexus. My first EV purchase was my 2016 Spark EV two years ago. It was ugly and felt cheaply made when I first saw it and sat in it. My first drive out of the dealership, I pushed hard on the accelerator and it literally burned rubber harder than my old BMW M3. I was sold on it , ugliness and cheaply made (now spelled economically built). Now, it’s 2022 and gas is $6.50 per gallon and I am thankful that I purchased this EV. Never had to replace anything except two tires and a window regulator. Now, these Spark EVs are selling for $4000 more than what I paid. So, if you need an around town car and don’t want to pay $6.50 gas, go and get one of these

I recently purchased a 2006 Dodge Caravan from RNB and couldn't be more satisfied. The vehicle has met all my expectations from buying a used car. Great actual mileage, nice people to work with, the van is just perfect for my needs.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

Bought used @ 8 yrs old. Very satisfied for retiree use and care. Great mileage. Some paint issues with rust on rear tire wells. It's Michigan winters & no garage.

These guys were honest, helpful, not pushy, but definitely attentive. Robert did a great job making sure everything was addressed with the car before purchasing. There was a minor issue a few days after I purchased the car, and they had me bring it back in and they fixed it no questions asked. Everyone there was great, especially Robert, who helped make the process easy and gave me the confidence that I was buying a great car at a great price. Not sure why the average review shows only 1 star, as you can clearly see all but one review are very positive and highly rated.

My Avalanche is sitting at 268k miles and it STILL drives great. The interior has held up meh but I feel like that’s normal for those years of GM vehicles. Not expensive to own and parts are easy to source, just make sure you keep up on maintenance.

I had been to several dealers and none were able to get us a deal we felt comfortable with for a car we liked. But here at Primera Auto it was different. We found a car we wanted and unfortunately it was sold to another person. But George worked with us for days until he was able to get us into something we liked and felt comfortable in and was at a price that felt right. Thanks George for helping us find a vehicle. I bought this car with 8,900 miles, I have put over 15,000 on it, it sits around 30,500 miles now I haven’t had any issues with it at all and is been driven in long distances from Texas to Montana and so on Now I doo get a few people say this car is crap and unreliable But this one is different, I recommend this car 100%

This is a muscle car 320 hp on a V6 you feel it. People admire it, I admire it’s a pleasure to drive it. Down side the original Radio is junk does work, I like the look and design but from 2010 to 2015 radio doesn’t work. It seems like you may need to add ground cable. I prefer to keep the radio original than switch it for one that works. Other than that it’s a great car for the money!

Just an amazing experience at Primera Auto. Eric was super nice and got us into a car that fit us perfectly! The paperwork was simple. I felt no pressure to get into a car I didn’t want, not like another car dealership I dealt with earlier. I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.

At the time of writing this review up it has been an amazing vehicle to drive every day for close to 13 years now. Pros: - Most powerful and quickest of the "Big 3's pony cars" for the year of 2010. - If you want to drop a camshaft in this car the heads do not have to come off of the 6-speed manual LS3. Easy to make ~500 RWHP on pump gas. - The Canadians build this thing right and I have never had structural, engine, transmission or body issues. - Has a backseat; Corvette does not. Cons: -Rubber pieces of the interior wear away too easily over time. -Horrible visibility that hasn't been improved even in current year-model Camaros at the time of this review. -I have had to replace the air conditioning system twice, each time costing over $2000 at a dealership.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I leased my 2015 Chevy Trax (basic trim) new on March 2025 as my 21st birthday present to myself. Since it’s my first official first car purchase, I was on top of my maintenance. I’ve already taken it to a lot of road trips and decided to own it October 2018. Took it to more road trips ever since. The issues I had on it has been the AC. I did a whole 100k service on it as well, and have had to replace the spark plugs. Otherwise, the engine is still running great on me and now at 110K+ ! I am looking to replace this car at some point in the near future though since I’m growing out of it already. But I’m super happy with this car (I named my Trax as Trixie) as it has been reliable on me most of the time. It was fun to drive in my 20s and I personally love the handling on it as well. I’m driving my 2015 Trax till it completely dies on me. Would be a nice surprise if it gives me another 50-100K+ miles— we shall see!

It's a good car. Bought it used. I bought it with 84000 miles, now has 111,000 miles. Main computer had to be replaced, and was done under warranty. I replaced the brakes myself at 104,000 miles, and they were the original OE GM brakes the car was born with. Seats lack support, but I bought a leather cushion that helps. The back seat is really tight, ok for small kids. My fuel economy in the city can get to 23 mpg if I don't use the AC. It gets worse city mileage in the winter too. Highway mileage, the car does well, 34-35 if I drive it right. I think for a reliable used car, it's ok. They are cheaper than the Japanese competition. Rides and handles well.

I truly hope this reaches as many eyes as possible and to whoever that may be reading the reviews trying to find out if this car dealership is legitimate or not. Before I get into my review, I first want to say that I have read ALL the reviews on this dealership (and I'm ONLY going to speak on THIS dealership) and one of the things that I have noticed is that when reading negative reviews, you really have to take it with a grain of salt because people these days when reviewing can be full of $#&! People are either unaccountable, have very poor communication, or blame the dealership for things that are either out of their control or things they didn't promise. And quite frankly, most of these bad reviews do not even add up or make sense. If a vehicle was fine when you bought it, then some months down the road something happens, you cannot write a bad review & blame the dealership for selling you a lemon. That is NOT a lemon. This is a used car, 'as is' dealership. Do your due diligence. Crazy thing is that if there is a problem, they will actually work with you to fix it so you can buy with confidence. My point is, the negative reviews in this case are xx. I don't know what kind of problem people have for the guys at United Motors (maybe it's because they're foreigners and have accents when speaking English), but it's childish and unacceptable. No, I'm not paid to say these things. I don't know these people like that. But I am trying to rightfully restore the undeserving somewhat negative reputation of this dealership. Now onto my review, I bought a 2019 Audi A8L from them and I'm out of state in Missouri. When I first saw the listing, I instantly fell in love with the car. I called and instantly spoke to John. By the way, every single time that I have called, emailed or texted John has always ALWAYS answered the phone or responded the same day. Whatever paperwork I've needed, various information from Audi, warrantees , stuff for bank etc, John was ALWAYS on top of everything and has always delivered in a very timely manner. After the logistics were done, I flew into Denver. I finally met John and Alex, which was a great pleasure, as they were some of the kindest and down to earth individuals I've ever met. Speaking of how they treated me, maybe they were kind to me, because I was also kind to them. Imagine that. People treat you how you treat them. Anyways, I saw the car and test drove it. It was everything they said it was. I paid, and drove it directly home 9 hours to Missouri. Boom, done. Are they perfect? No. The dealership is small which is fine but customer parking is confusing with all the cars around. However, the cars are as they advertise and they are excellent people. Prices were very fair, fees were minimal and they were honest. John and Alex, thank you for an unforgettable experience at United Motors. I would DEFINITELY buy from them and drive 9 hours home again.

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!
