Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

Joe Aksamitowski does an incredible job in all aspects of customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case my tire sensor warning light came on for my front right tire, however, I had replaced this part for all 4 of my tires within the required warranty period, thus, this visit was covered under the terms of the warranty. Joe kept me updated throughout the process. In addition, he kindly applied tire cleaner to all 4 of my tire rims, he kindly vacuumed my car, he kindly had my car washed, and he kindly helped changed my rear license plate holder with new bolts as well as my front license plate holder. He is tremendous with customer service. I have spent well over $400,000 at this dealership over the past 30 years through the 3-4 dealership changes on 8-9 new cars as well as R & M. been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

My experience pertains specifically to the Ford service department - not the actual car dealership. So this place is clearly under new management. After getting some ridiculous estimates from other mechanics and body shops, I decided to give this place a try…. I got outstanding service from Pat Gavin. He quickly got me estimates which confirmed my suspicions that the other mechanics were trying to gorge me into paying for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Pat & team were able to fix several problems that had been lingering on my car for several months. I always postponed getting these things fixed because other mechanics wanted literally $5-10k for what seemed like small issues. I’m ecstatic to have finally found someone in this industry that conducts business with (1) integrity and (2) high standards in delivering quality! It’s such a relief to know where to go to get my car fixed without getting guided into a bunch of high priced and unnecessary work. I also got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off!! Everything from the service to the price to the quality of the work exceeded my highest expectations. 1 month later my car is running as good as new. If only everything in the auto industry (particularly the service & repair industry) was run this way.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

I had my 2004 for 10 years. Great car and performance. At 6'2" the C5 provides me with comfort which its predecessors do not. Only issues have been the ignition switch a common problem which I changed out fairly easily, and the climate control lighting which I fixed by resoldering the board.

They have a lot of trucks for reasonable prices. I recently bought a 2013 Ford F150 came out very clean. It runs good and I recommend them to anyone else who’s looking for a good truck

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

Bought used. Did some research on it found out problems with AFM. I installed a tuner and did AFM delete and got rid of the top speed limiter, also set other perimeters to high performance, cold air intake, got rid of vacuum pump for braking and went to intake vacuum for booster did tranny thermostat bypass. also changed intake from 5.3 to 6.2 and changed throttle body. Installed catch can for oil blow by. Installed a throttle control booster, change oil every 3000 miles has 125056 miles got rid of all3 cats and has headers and dual straight pipes. sounds great. hptuners got check engine light off. I have street raced this against Camaros mustangs ect and tear them up. tranny has no issues nor do valves. Have buried the Speedo several times max speed was 152mph going by speedo on tuner display. In a truck ride was smooth handles great. I dog the xxxx out of it and it just takes it. I invite others to race. tag says RUN YOU.

Very good fuel millage. Not transmission problems yet. Have 103000kms. Starter failed in 2019, repaired under warranty. Has great power for a 5.3L. Quite and soild build

Driving not as good as my 2011 Silverado 6.2 what great truck for power and performance during long trips from Baltimore to Atlanta. Other than rear brakes problems there are no major issues

My 2022 Silverado High Country was involved in a car accident caused by a teen, and the truck saved my life, the emergency collision system reacted right away, prevented an even worse outcome. I can't wait to fix my truck. It's amazing in every way, its quite a looker too. I had just done a 4" Lift Kit and was about to throw on some 35s, can't wait to do that, here soon. Bought this truck several years ago - 2012 and it drives excellent! Pulled a 20 ft boat and trailer to the bay with no problem. It is a little tricky to maneuver around short turns.

I bought a first year C8. Everyone warned me of failures. I replied it’s a Chevy, created with a lot of pride in Bowling Green KY USA. Worst case scenario it had and has GM extended warranty. To date with 27,000 miles only had problems with the front bumper, it had to be repainted three times. Did Museum delivery. We drove to Pahrump, did the school. Then drove Rte. 66 to Missouri then the Tail of the Dragon then home. It looks just as beautiful today as when we first saw it. To me I think the E-Ray is the best of all. Great horsepower, acceleration and gas mileage and no gas guzzler tax.
