Everyone was very nice and I would have gave them a 5 stars. Their truck was missing the Stock Rear view mirror at the time of the test drive they said they had ordered it. I signed all the paperwork for just the truck came back the next day to pick it up and it had a Small generic rear view mirror in its place. And it took over a month to get the plates. Still waiting for the title And I paid cash.

Only vehicle I’ve purchased new and have no complaints,been well taken care of,have had no problems except a wheel bearing and a fuel pressure regulator!

Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

Tyler was great working worth it, no pressure to buy. Drove my new truck 3 days in a row before purchasing it. No pressure each time, had some issues and concerns. They addressed most issues I pointed out. Was able to make a deal on the truck I was happy with paying. I am a mechanic by trade, I looked this over before buying. There are cars/trucks at 507 that are cheap beaters and priced accordingly, but not much different from what i seen driving down Tacoma way and pac ave. They also have a good selection of nice cars, it’s a big used car lot. Just look over your vehicle you want, they will even let you Bring it to a mechanic to look it over. 507 is worth a Shot to at look see what they have!

I have been attempting to purchase a used car for a great deal for the past three months. I now have (unwanted) firsthand experience with the liars of the used car dealer industry in this area. Jeb, however, at Maple Leaf Motors in Spanaway, WA, was immediately responsive to my financial needs as well as my desire to purchase a vehicle that will hopefully last me far into my senior years. He let me test drive a couple of vehicles, and has offered to let me test drive a more that I have my eye on. He has been honest, up front, about everything, and I am relieved. Also, he has not been pushy either, but rather has just let me decide what I like or don't like. It's something I truly value in people who sell. And, he has been patient with me, which has eased my apprehension of even looking for a car! The back up crew had each vehicle ready for me to drive and made sure there was fuel in the tanks--so worrying about gas turned out to be the last thing on my mind, unlike many of the dealerships I had been to. Although a purchase is still in progress, I feel that, FINALLY, there is a dealership that actually cares about what is important to me. If I can find a vehicle there that fits my high expectations, I definitely will buy from them.

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

I bought this car with 8,900 miles, I have put over 15,000 on it, it sits around 30,500 miles now I haven’t had any issues with it at all and is been driven in long distances from Texas to Montana and so on Now I doo get a few people say this car is crap and unreliable But this one is different, I recommend this car 100%

I was looking for something for my grandson (cheap) and I saw the 1999 f250 which caught MY attention. It looked beautiful to me and when called about it… I was too late. I bought a 2011 Equinox w/2Lt, with the 3.0L VVT. 264 HP engine and 18" wheels. This vehicle was T-boned on the passenger side door with air bag deployed and thus declared totalled by an insurance company from a previous owner. This vehicle was rebuilt and salvage title issued with approximately 38,000 miles on the odometer. This vehicle turned out to be a very good experience so far as I have had some repaint done and I replaced my wheel hubs, brake rotors, calipers and brake pads with high performance parts. With this power plant configuration, I can pull my droptail trailer loaded with 2 cruiser motorcycles to Sturgis with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I change oil every 6 months with under 3,000 miles on the oil. The engine does not use oil. I am a conservative driver and use extra caution while trailering. I added a Curt class IV hitch with no trailer brakes. Trailer payload on the scale is 1900-2200lbs depending on what bikes I decide to take. However, I would not have considered ANY Equinox with the xxx I4 Ecotec Engine. Those engines were built with a batch of bad timing chains from Mexico and GM ended up replacing a boat load of those engine. I am a mechanical engineer.

I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.

I bought my LTZ as a Certified Pre Owned, already 5 Years old. I have driven it for 3.5 years and just had to pay for my first Repair - a broken motor mount. It is quiet, smooth and comfortable. I am 6' 4" and go 250 lbs so space and comfort are paramount for me, and I could not be happier.

Purchased as a program car from dealer in 2005 with 9k on it yes we’ve had issues Transmission went out at 110,000 k minor issues since then currently has 217,000 miles runs like a dream no oil consumption at all changed oil every 3k bad is fuel 18 best mpg 15 about average love the old inline 6 like a truck and yes it is slow on acceleration but all in all love the ole girl !!

In 2010 We bought a 2008 silverado. LT 5.3 engine. Two wheel drive. I still drive it everyday. Regular oil changes. This truck had 26k on it. Today it has 156k. Battries. Breaks, plugs and wires. Thats it. -50 below outside, starts right up! Awesome! Proud owner.

Simply a great car - very reliable, fun to drive with awesome gas mileage. Used as a commuter car and with the front wheel drive, had no issues in the snow. Highly recommend the Cruze!

I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

I'd like to echo what Bill Taraday said about working with Brittany New. She's incredible! Bought it new. Taken several road trips with and no problems ever. I still own and drive it . Love the gas milage. I get 32 mpg around my town and upto 40mpg on open road. Cargo space is tricky. Only drawback is back seats will not flatten in order to extend cargo space.

I have owned the car for about 15 months. It is a good car. There is an issue with burning a little oil. This is a known issue. I almost traded it in when I realized the oil consumption issue, but I stuck with it. I add almost a quote every two gas fill ups. I purchased it with 62,000 miles. I am a salesman and I put nearly 30,000 miles on it in the past 15 mos. Mostly highway. I had to repack the bearings in the rear wheels. This set me back about $1,200. Not good. Other than that, the car has been fine. I plan on driving it another year.

Breaks down every other day, Not very reliable but when it works it works great. Very reliable until I inherited it. After I got it of course everything sucks.
