Chevy has been in the family for over years. I Love my truck.. I gave a second chance buying Chevrolet. My other vehicle was a Tahoe. And the transmission went out. So I decided to give it a second chance. Guess what my transmission went out on this one two.. Chevrolet should make a recall it's very scare and unsafe when truck just wants to go reverse.

I went in for routine maintenance and a minor repair. Service department folks from the desk to the mechanic on the job were, as always, courteous and pleasant. While waiting for work to be done I wandered out to look at vehicles. Had a nice chat with Mr. Poulin and my trusty salesman Aristedes. We talked about a potential trade and once Aristedes and I found the truck I wanted, he immediately went to work for me. Deals are always made with the customer's interest in mind. Our last 3 vehicles, and most likely the next 3, will come from Poulin.

Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

I recently had the experience of working with Casey to purchase a new car at Rochester VW. I have bought many new cars and I would like to say that this was the easiest purchase I have ever had. Casey did everything she could to make sure I got the car I wanted. I will definitely refer her to friends when they are looking to purchase a new car. 2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Worked with both MATTS they came to what I wanted for a payment. It was all done without going to dealership and that saved a lot of time. They were very professional, helpful and courteous though the whole process. The finance dept was smooth and explained all the paperwork for a fast transaction. I leased three vehicles from the new owners and will go back for my fourth. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR GREAT HELP.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

As I was travelling to visit some friends I happened upon Benson's. As I had been looking for a truck and they had quite a few on the lot I pulled in. I have personally purchased over 20 vehicles in my life. This was by far the easiest, most pleasant and most cooperative purchase of all. They were almost closed for the day but Mark stayed and showed me a number of vehicles. I found one I liked and drove it for a test ride. I really liked the issue but there was a couple of things I wanted. Mark agreed to have them included and a satisfactory agreement was made. been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

I had just driven a Ford Taurus X at another dealer and mentioned it to the saleman at Fairway. Much to my surprise, he called me a few days later and told me they had one he thought I would like. I loved it!! They made me a deal I could not refuse and the car was like new!! I would highly recommend them and would use them again next time I am shopping for a vehicle.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

I've not been to the lot yet so can't rate anything but customer service. And their customer service is A . By far, the nicest and most honest dealership I've ever spoken to.

I bought my 2017 brand new with 4,000 mi on it from a dealer. I get a range of about 500 mi. I've had no trouble with it ever since I bought it. I give it regular maintenance and I can't ask for a better truck.

Owned a 2018 Chevy Tahoe premier for about a year got it at 68k miles currently at 91k planning to keep this car forever have been keeping up with the maintenance replaced the heater hoses, magna ride struts in the front no major major issues with the Tahoe so far love it

Not only would I recommend Banks my neighbor took the 90 minute drive up and bought a truck the next weekend after I bought mine.

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.
