I had troubles with my car within a few miles from the dealership my transmission was going out (I’m 5 1/2 hours from home on Sat at 12:30 ) in town as my son is buying a car from a private party. The team at Graff is truly great, compassionate, thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Alisha states they will wait for me and let’s Service Manger Tom Miller (Amazing) know I am coming… runs diagnostic and yes transmission troubles… I go outside to process and Tracy gives me a hug as I was crying and scared… Lon Keely also comes over and between them all I felt safe and in good hands within minutes… the staff was amazing and Tom Miller has been wonderful to explain what happened, what my car needs and feel at ease. Bought this truck several years ago - 2012 and it drives excellent! Pulled a 20 ft boat and trailer to the bay with no problem. It is a little tricky to maneuver around short turns.

I purchased my car here in December 2022. It has held up since then. No major issues, but I brought it in today, April 20th, 2023 as I could not get my headlight on. Joseph was extremlely helpful in the buying and fixing process. He went above and beyond and out of his way numerous times. I am a very satisfied customer. it’s been a pretty good car so far, some minor issues but overall pretty good. mine used to be apart of a fleet (it has 120,000 miles) and i think it’s a pretty good car. the insurance is higher because it’s discontinued which is a bummer. i’d say do your research before you buy which i wish i would’ve done but it’s over now so oh well.

Joe from Sicklerville now lives in Florida for 2 years my 14 Impala has 265,000 Mi on it and still runs excellent did minor repairs but still original motor transmission if you do the right maintenance on this car I expect to get at least 500,000 miles out of this car but I really do take good care of it I don't neglect anything

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

Before my grandpa passed away in September 2023, he had it in his will to give me his 2012 Impala. I got his car as a Christmas present that year. Since then, I've enjoyed driving the old Impala. A car with 300 hp AND 30 mpg on the highway? Yes! Thanks, Grandpa, for your love of American cars! Thanks, Chevrolet, for making such a great car! I love how roomy my car is, how great the audio system is, and how relevant the Driver Information Center (DIC) is! I highly recommend this car to anyone.

Had my vehicle serviced with oil change and tire rotation. Everything was explained well and I was told of future services needed.

I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

I had heard about Paris Motors from word of mouth,and after researching their history and seeing all of the good reviews, I decided to go and see what they had for me. Love my 2017 Malibu Lt. Never any issues with engine , interior etc. new battery. Good performance. A reliable car . Sits 5 comfortably. Plenty of trunk space

Well let's start with my Dad worked for GM 34 years. With 6 boys guess what company we went with. I bought my wife a used 08 Chevy Impala from a friend that owned a car lot. It had 90k miles on it. I got it for $1,500.00 a steal. She still have that car today and it has 248,365 miles on it now and believe it or not it runs the same as it did when I bought it. I thought it was time to get my wife a new car and she said, "no thank" this car had never set her down. I did the maintenance on all of my vehicles. She told me she would drive another Chevy Impala. So I got her the 2012 LT FLEX from a private owner. This car is wicked. With the after market sports parts. I can only imagine how many miles she'll put on this one. Guess who drives the 08". It will have a 1/4 of a million on it by the end of January 2025.LOL you have to get one, or just drive on to get. Love the product. My wife drove a stick when I met her. She says it fell like she's shifting gears without the work. That 6 speed transmission shifts so flawlessly. She won't drive anything other than a Chevy. She wants an El Camino. LOL 😆 .

Bought this car new in 2012. Just quit driving it with 373400 miles. Only replaced the water pump. Transmission was never touched, fuel pump, alternator, heat, ac still work and original. Maybe I was extremely lucky but this car was awesome.

Bought a diesel version with 40k miles, has been bullet proof I average 50mpg! Drives nice and has every thing I could want for a daily commuter! 190k going strong

I have to dismiss all the bad jokes about used car salesmen. I met an extraordinary salesman, Joe Murphy, at Paris Motors, Inc., who proved the jokes wrong. I was in the market for a van and hoped on getting something affordable and soon for a trip out of town. Another dealer had one lined up, but it was sold before I could get to the shop - stuff happens. So back to Carfax and found one with less miles in Grand Rapids. I contacted Paris Motors and spoke with Mr. Murphy. The van was available. I went through credit approval, got it, then on to my AAA agent for insurance, got it, then made the one-hour drive to Grand Rapids and met with Joe. We talked, saw the van, gave a test drive, and my wife and I signed the paperwork. All this within 24 hours! Mr. Murphy was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I have never before purchased a vehicle with such ease in my life (and I'm not young). WOW - I can highly recommend Paris Motors, Inc. as a dealer of care and quality, and kudos to Joe Murphy.

Great Price and value the dealer had the van i needed they picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership and i had the vehicle in 2 hours.

from what I'm seeing other people report, the 1.4 turbo is the problem. I have the LS 1.8 and yes I have replaced the water pump but it was not driven hot so it did not damage the head gasket or block. it has 180,000 miles on it and runs like a new one. the comfort and handling makes up for the lack of power although it has enough. it's not a Camaro or a Corvette but it's a xxxx good Car.

Absolutely everything! Mike Rice was friendly and answered questions for me - sometimes even before I asked them! The entire process was smooth and quick. Even the financing and the paperwork done by Brittany was easy. The entire KIA team made me feel like I was their sister and not just a customer.

When the Volt first came out I would give it 5 stars for everything, now new cars coming out so I took some off but still mostly 5 stars. It is still a great value. No car is perfect but this has allowed me to avoid a lot of maintenance and repairs of regular gas cars.

Bought used @ 8 yrs old. Very satisfied for retiree use and care. Great mileage. Some paint issues with rust on rear tire wells. It's Michigan winters & no garage.

This is my first Chevy product. It is much better than the products of 5 years ago. I switched from a Chrysler and I am not at all unhappy about it. The ride is comfortable and the car is stylish. The inside features are nothing to write home about but just make sure that you have some money in your budget for an aftermarket back up camera and navigation system. Onstar is a great feature for GM and can virtually replace your AAA membership. All in all, I am very happy with this vehicle. We will have to wait and see what the long term "reliability" is on it.
