The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

I have a 2500 GMC, and actually live about 260 miles from Springdale. Coming thru Arkansas this week my truck went into power reduction. On star told me it was a transmission fault and the truck wouldn't run over 55mph. I knew Crain was up off 412 and was hoping for a miracle to make it back home that night. It was 15 till 6 when I got there and Harrison was absolutely my hero! He told me the issue, said I maybe able to get it where you can make it home and he absolutely kept his word! Most people at quiting time don't really care to hear a story of some guy that has already spent 4 days away from and wants to get home, they have already put in a days work and ready to head that way themselves. Harrison not only took the time but I am glad to report I made it home safe and sound. Got with my local dealer and they are going to get it fixed for good once they can get a part. I just have to say my next time thru Springdale I'm dropping off some donuts for my best new friend in Arkansas!! Thanks again Harrison your the man!!

Adam Winfrey at Crain Kia Bentonville was great helping me get scheduled for the very next morning when I came in a little frantic about all of my headlights suddenly not working & also scheduled me to have my 30K mile service done at the same time. So thankful he was able to arrange a driver to take me home during the 3-4 hour service and pick me back up when my car was ready. Even better, my car was vacuumed and beautifully washed waiting for me. That was a great surprise! Especially after my last service at Crain Kia Fayetteville not going well at all. So bad I swear I would go back… I truly appreciate Crain Kia Bentonville’s excellent customer service, attention to detail and going above and beyond to ensure I felt safe leaving in my vehicle after my Fayetteville service left me a little traumatized. Best pulling truck combined with smooth ride and comfort. Design of the transmission keeps it cool to last longer going through torture. Dually configuration is preferred for great stability. 5 stars in my book.

Cory and Oliver took care of me again through the purchase of a used Ford F-250. The entire process was pretty quick and completely painless. I'm completely happy with the deal we struck on my trade-in (an F-150 I had previously purchased from Oliver) and purchase price! I'm sure I will continue to get my Fords serviced with them and look for more vehicles to purchase from them. I love that my town has such a great Ford dealership just down Walton Blvd!

I have a 2018 SS a d I love it. With 455 hp and 455 lb ft through a 6 speed manual and quad exhaust, 8" screen, deluxe instruments, full LED/ HID lighting, spoiler, splitter, diffuser, K&N filter, tinted windows, and a Pioneer TS-WX1210A powered sub it rocks inside and out. Great car.

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

I was given this truck in a will. Not only did it sir for 2 years straight, but it still cranked and ran like it was brand new. I would recommend buying this truck.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

I love this dealership! I’ve have bought several pre-owned and new cars from this dealership. All the sales people and finance people are really friendly and knowable. And they answer my questions. I just recently bought a new Chevy Tahoe 4WD and I thought for sure I would drive Ricky Jamison my sales person crazy with all my questions and the changing of my mind on things, but he was patient and kind. The service department is also very kind and courteous. Being a woman it’s nice to be treated as a person when something goes wrong instead of the mental attitude that because I’m a woman I don’t know anything. I’ve been to several Chevy dealerships in Arkansas and this one by far is the best. Keep up the good work!

Had engine issues but GMC resolved. Love the air ride. Handles well on the road. Gas mileage is typical for these suvs. Love my truck

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

I went to MD Buick GMC a couple of months ago to inquire about purchasing a 2025 Hummer EV SUV. We discussed several options and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about EVs, especially the Hummers. Cole (sales rep) was amazing to work with! Great guy! Passionate about what he does and truly cares about his customers! Grant (sales manager) actually took us on a test drive of the SUV to better inform us of its capabilities! The test drive was a blast! He took his time to answer all of the kids questions, was patient and really made everyone feel a part of the process! When we got to the negotiating, Todd (GM) made sure that we got the best deal possible! He was super easy to work with, made sure we understood everything, and got exactly what we wanted. Austin (Finance) took great care of us as well! Again, made sure we got everything we needed, went over all the numbers again to make sure nothing was missed, and helped us get all the coverages we needed/wanted! Ryan (service manager) was extremely helpful in making sure we got the accessories we needed, like a home charger! He was super informative, and took great care of us! Everyone was truly amazing to work with throughout the entire buying process! The next time I am looking for a vehicle, I will absolutely go back and let them help me find the vehicle I want! I wish every dealership conducted themselves as these guys do! I would probably buy cars more often! I almost forgot the best part!! It didn?t take all day to buy a car!! They were very respectful of our time, took the time needed to ensure we were extremely happy, got exactly what we wanted, and made the process as efficient and painless as possible!! I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

My casual visit to Chevrolet of Fayetteville turned into an awesome event. I found the perfect vehicle sitting on their lot and the salesman and I went inside to go over my trade-in and the new vehicle pricing. I felt the offer made by the salesman was fair for both my trade and the new Chevrolet. The salesman, Dustin Miller, was extremely courteous and friendly. We found that we were both from the same home town so we discussed lots of topics. The entire paperwork process was quick, smooth, and very detailed about everything I was signing for. The entire visit was less than an hour! Super easy, super sweet deal.

My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.
