I couldn't be more happier with my transactions with Towne Hyundai. I Bought a Santa Fe from them in July 2019 and no fault of theirs I had some problems with the car. each time I brought it in, the service department (especially Mike) went above and beyond to make the repairs seamless and get me a rental and explain what happened. Between Bill Kuhn and Steve Davis they worked diligently to find me a different car I would be happier with. I must say that I had high demands and was somewhat borderline annoying with all the questions and demands and tearful calls and yet in the end Steve contacted ME when a car came in he thought I'd like. So, that tells me that Towne (especially Bill and Steve) care about their customers even after the sale. Steve could have just waited for me to contact him when I saw a car online but he didn't. Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

I bought a 2009 Colorado super clean with very low miles great deal got rear ended by a young kid lost my Chevy bought a 2011 ford F150 from Joe with very low mileage, had a few issues that Joe snd Zack took care of right away!! I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

Tom was great. Friendly didn't try to up sell us and gave us some time to look around without hovering. My son ended up buying a very clean truck from here. We did a lot of looking and comparing online they had a few vehicles in his price range that he was untested in. I would recommend checking them out.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

Even that I have a misunderstood the sealer really have a good sale manner and friend sale.. Also care about your expectation when you look for buy a car. I will recommended for your next car. Thank You for the service.

Just bought my 2021 Chevy Trax in January, And nearly 2 months later I still love it. I don’t drive a lot, But I’m looking forward to taking it on a road trip. It has great power and just takes off. I get in and out easier then I did in my 2014 Ford Fusion. Roomy enough for me and love the features. Love the Color which is red. So cute I can’t stop admiring it. With under 35000 miles I hope it last for years to come. At my age this Trax will be my last vehicle.

I bought my 2011 Chevrolet impala ls in November of 2019 had 124k miles on it it now has 331k miles and the serpentine belt just broke it needs new gaskets and seals but it still runs

Except she's so much better than that 😁 I am a delivery driver, and even with the cost of a gas guzzling fiend, she is more than worth it. Like driving a pillow with wheels, only better because she's AWD and turns on a dime a lot like a newer Lincoln Town Car does. 2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

This SUV is solid in almost every way, but if I had to have any complaints I would say: *The design isn't really original, or even "Blazerish". Do I really care? No, but it's just kind of the reality that it doesn't look a lot different than the Equinox, Traverse, and many other vehicles by other manufacturers. Anyway just saying that they could have tried a little harder to have a signature defining figure to separate from everyone else. *The other complaint is that it doesn't have a CD player. Like who decided to save $100, and not put one in? Some Gen Z kid? Again, I see that a lot of cars are this way, but it's just being forced on us by this young crop of kids...At the very minimum take a survey to see who would elect to have one put in, or elect to have one not put in...people are just going with it

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

I contacted Amy Sabers over the weekend about buying a new truck and drove it home two days later. This was without a doubt the best buying experience that I have ever had and this is from someone who purchases a new vehicle every few years. From the time that I arrived at the dealership to the time that I left the entire experience was excellent. Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

I had been looking at autos on their lot for quite some time. I stopped in to see the Vehicle and end up making a purchase. I have been buying used and new autos for almost 50 years. I don't have a problem telling anyone that Tim the owner is as honest as the day is long, DJ the salesman is a professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle, give them a chance to serve you. NO stress, just the best service I have gotten from any used auto dealer in the entire Western NY area.

Bought this used in 2019 w/65k miles. It's a solid A to B car, does what it needs to do, with little no to fuss. The interior isn't flashy, but rattles much less than most other entry level cars I've been in. Ride quality is commendable, a little lound (but I have a feeling that's more the fault of the budget brand tires the dealer threw on the car). But overall way better ride quality than a 2020 Trax I had as a loaner for a day (roughest car I think I've ever driven....and I've owed some really crappy econoboxes in my day). I've had one issue with the car thus far, the water pump went out on me, but hey, it happens. Been almost a year since and haven't had a single other issue with it. For the relatively small engine, this thing has some pep to it, but the transmission doesn't do it any favors and is the one negative about this car. The way it is geared is my one irritation. Its sluggish and downshifts aggressively making it obnoxious to drive in the city as it doesn't coast very well (in particular it downshifts hard from 4th to 3rd at 27mph and begins to engine brake, slowing the car down noticably), I usually just end up using the manual automatic so I can actually coast a city block to the next light. Overall, for the 10k I paid for the car, not too much to complain about. It's a safe, good driving commuter.

I was contacted by salesman Jadon shortly after signing up for a test drive promotion by Ford. During the test drive at Dave Smith, Jadon was very informative with all ford was offering at the time (rebates, lease buyouts, etc.) and all of the features of both the 2017 and 2018 Ford Mustang Ecoboosts. As I wasn't ready to buy for a couple of months, Jadon kept in contact and was very responsive to every question and concern I had. When I decided on a model located at an out of town dealership, Jadon was quick to assure me that they could retrieve it. A week later, after the quickest buying process I have experienced along with the lowest finance rate I could find, I am loving my 2017 Ford Mustang Ecoboost in lightning blue. Very impressed with overall experience. No nagging salesman trying to upsell you, but rather very responsive to every need.

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

I've had my 2022 Premier for about 6 months. I like it more than I want to - I was waiting to buy a Cadillac later this year! I saw this Premier (2liter turbo) that was new last October with less than 4k miles (and 20+% under list) and could not pass it up. It's comfortable, quiet, handles well and is OK quick. It has heated rear seats, which I don't need but no power tilt/telescope steering wheel or power up pass. window. Fuel economy is spot on it's EPA rating. I have 2 small complaints. (1) the radio, set to Sirius/XM, will change to 97.4 FM - no warning/no reason. My local dealer updated the radio software but this stlll happens. (2) At the same instant the dash pod winks out...then comes back. Weird but I'm not gonna sweat this. Overall a nice GM product.
