I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

I called in advance to make an appointment for my 60K mile service. Everyone, especially Ryan Conley, was very professional, polite and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Considering it’s a 3 cylinder car, the performance exceeds expectations. If you’re looking for speed and power, you’ll be disappointed; it’s not designed for that. It’s a small SUV, designed for economical transportation and it doesn’t disappoint on that front. Very comfortable, handles great, great on gas, looks nice and even the base model has everything you need. I miss the push button start which is lacking on the base model, but not a huge issue, and no button on the remote to open the rear hatch is annoying too, but again, I’ve adjusted! Otherwise, you have to consider the low , very affordable price as a trade off. I love it! GM has a winner!

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

We like the Odyssey Elite but the color was not our choice. Gino and his manager Newton search and found what we wanted. It took them 3 days to find the van we like. The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

We totaled our car and wanted the same make and model and year. Harbor City had one, and because we’ve bought several cars from them before , we knew we could trust them. There cars are always very clean and maintenance free. If there is a problem, they’re quick to fix it. We had a friend from Maine , fly down for a visit, drove back in one of Harbor City’s cars.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

I was driving from Jupiter Florida to Ashville North Carolina, with my mother and daughter. We also had two large dogs along for the ride. As we approached Titusville I noticed there was something wrong with our oil pressure gauge. It was simple amazing luck that we happened into Ron Norris Ford. We pulled into their dealership around 11:30. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman who said they would do their best to get us into service. Since we were three women and a couple of dogs in obvious need of assistance and no where else to go...this is a situation which could easily have been exploited. From the minute we walked in I felt comfortable that we would have honest and qualified service. The waiting was pristinely clean and comfortable. We were even allowed to bring the dogs in with us. Most of the staff came over to chat and pet the dogs! We were kept informed as to what might possibly be causing the issue with the car. They worked on the car and made just the required repairs. We were back on the road about 2:30 with a very small bill for work performed. I cannot say enough about the service crew from Ron Norris! They even called to follow up on the repair a few days later. I am so grateful that we were lucky enough to stop here. Thank you to the whole staff!

Car was bought as a graduation gift by my dad and I love it! Better than I thought it would be on gas for a car of this reputation, have yet to have any issues out of it and I got it with a great deal of miles on it. Always getting compliments on it as well which is nice.

I was working with Eric Berkowitz on a used Camry. I was coming in the next day to buy it, when I got a call letting me know that it had been sold. Love the looks, love the ride. The inside could be a bit bigger, but hey, it's a Colorado. Would I buy another one - yes. The price was even better than I anticipated. I am just happy I bought it when I did. Had I waited two more month the price would have been a lot more.

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

I brought my 2018 XT5 in for a leak from the sunroof. They were able to diagnose it quickly and found the drain plugs were plugged. I was able to pick it up within a day. I was disappointed with the fact that I had a Cadillac trition warranty and the work was not covered. Also the labor rate in my opinion was a little excessive to the tune of $229 an hour and it was a three hour job. I left it there because most shops would have a difficult time in finding the problem. Overall I am pleased with the manner the staff handled my questions and issues and would take it the again for major problems.

Paint on hood looks like it is separating from clearcoat. Takes a very long time to get hot air from heater. Had to replace steering gear.

Great service and attentiveness to the customer! Would work with Harbor City again in purchasing a vehicle if the opportunity arises.
