My experience with Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet was exceptional, to say the least. Having worked in the customer service industry for many years, I always anticipate and expect a great experience. With our current economy in the slumps, great customer service seems to be a thing of the past. But not at this dealership. Every employee I have encountered is happy and helpful. I have been using this dealership for a few years now to service my suburban. Recently, we had an unfortunate and costly mishap where all wiring and many modules had to be replaced. We filed a claim with insurance and Darek was my service advisor. From the very beginning, he was helpful, polite, professional and attentive where he would always check in with me to give complete and thorough updates about my vehicle. Darek was very knowledgeable with every little detail from filing supplemental insurance claims to answering my many questions and reassuring me that my suburban was in good hands with his technicians. Josh, the service manager, was also very helpful and knowledgeable with all things service and was able to provide a helping hand when needed while always being polite and professional. I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.

We had the absolute joy of working with T while we bought our vehicle. T went above and beyond in so many ways - by coming in on her day off to help us out, adjusting her schedule to accomodate ours, being open and honest about the vehicle we purchased and the dealership itself - she was able to answer all the questions we had. We even had a small issue (no one could have known at the time of purchase) pop up a week or so after we purchased the vehicle and T was able to get it fixed for us, no problem. And - you know how buying a car usually takes all day? Not here. It took less time than any other place we have bought a vehicle, which is amazing. Thank you, T! You are the best!

I have had only 2 warranty issues. Both were immediately taken care of with no other issues on the truck. This has been the best vehicle I have owned out of 21 vehicles in my life. The comfort, power, features and dependability is why I gave it 5 Stars! I have roughly 59, 000 miles on it and I drive it every day. The gas mileage is 30MPG at 55 MPH!! I regularly get 23-25 on the highway at 65. Overall I get a real 16.5 in the city, and 24 on the Highway. My truck has been babied and kept clean at all times. No dogs, no kids, and I am happy with it.

It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

I commute 700 miles a week in this truck. It gets good gas mileage and is reliable and comfortable. At 263,000 miles it is still going strong and my mechanic thinks I may get another 100,000 to 150,000 miles. It’s a great smaller-sized truck.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

After any serving of a vehicle taking it through your car wash before returning to customer. This might encourage more customer loyality. Oil change prices are too expensive. The expertise needed to do that job doesn't equalate to charging that amount.

This Is the best car I have ever owned. If it had a 200 mile battery it would be outstanding and it has a back up gas engine when you run out of energy. Bring it back

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

Bought it new. Taken several road trips with and no problems ever. I still own and drive it . Love the gas milage. I get 32 mpg around my town and upto 40mpg on open road. Cargo space is tricky. Only drawback is back seats will not flatten in order to extend cargo space.

One of the best dealership buying experiences I have had. They said they would have the paperwork ready when I came in and they actually did. Was able to do a lot over the phone so the time spent in finance was minimal no waiting. The Sales person started the process of going over the car while we waited for the genius to finish with his prior client so I had no down time. Over all car is great. I’ve taken it on long trips. To get past the auto stop. Put the car in L and go to 6. It takes some time getting used to ,but it works. By doing this you will save your battery and starter. Car looks awesome detailed too. I get about 28 miles on the highway and around 26 in city. It’s reliable.

I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. I bought a 2011 Equinox w/2Lt, with the 3.0L VVT. 264 HP engine and 18" wheels. This vehicle was T-boned on the passenger side door with air bag deployed and thus declared totalled by an insurance company from a previous owner. This vehicle was rebuilt and salvage title issued with approximately 38,000 miles on the odometer. This vehicle turned out to be a very good experience so far as I have had some repaint done and I replaced my wheel hubs, brake rotors, calipers and brake pads with high performance parts. With this power plant configuration, I can pull my droptail trailer loaded with 2 cruiser motorcycles to Sturgis with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I change oil every 6 months with under 3,000 miles on the oil. The engine does not use oil. I am a conservative driver and use extra caution while trailering. I added a Curt class IV hitch with no trailer brakes. Trailer payload on the scale is 1900-2200lbs depending on what bikes I decide to take. However, I would not have considered ANY Equinox with the xxx I4 Ecotec Engine. Those engines were built with a batch of bad timing chains from Mexico and GM ended up replacing a boat load of those engine. I am a mechanical engineer.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

I've bought many cars at different dealerships throught the years but this place this is the best! Jacobi the salesman, was amazing! Never pressured me into anything and him and my husband had a great time just talking cars. Henry test drove my trade in and actually used the turbo it was alot of fun! Chandler handled the finance with finesse and gave me the best deal and APR of just 2.5% (or close idr I know it was next to nothing lol) they also gave me a great deal on my trade. P.s hope his wife is still doing well their expecting a baby boy soon! And literally anyone's name that starts with a J there is awesome. I wrote down their names but lost the paper lol They even got my car ready and all accessories put on the day (shout out to the awesome guys that made it happen, usually i have to wait months anywhere else and the other place couldnt even get me a rental car for work!)they arrived so I could leave to drive to Texas (got a call my grandpa had died and need to drive there immediately). These guys make you feel like family, don't take advantage, and really take great care of you. If you where wondering I love my new 2022 CX30 and she handled great on that 13 1/2 hour drive to Texas and back. My husband and I are now customers for life.

Bought a diesel version with 40k miles, has been bullet proof I average 50mpg! Drives nice and has every thing I could want for a daily commuter! 190k going strong

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.
