Maita Subaru is fast and efficient in servicing my car. They have a wonderful food area with a very pleasant and helpful attendant. The parts department has always been helpful whenever I had a question or didn't know the proper name for the item I wanted. I don't drive very much any more but they are able to adjust my servicing schedule to fit my mileage. It is a pleasure going in for servicing. .

I purchased my Spark new, June 2019. I love this car! It is now, one month before 6 yrs of owning my Spark. It has less than 10,900 miles on it. This car has great maneuverability, gets great gas mileage, and I love the Hot Red body color. The only thing I've had to replace, in almost 6 yrs, is the battery. And that was just a few months ago during freezing weather. It gets regular oil changes and maintenance checks. The 2019 Chevy Spark is one great little car for the money.

The internet manager Dave did a great job. Very respectful and courtorius. Not your average car sales person. We had a great experience and highly recommended Dave and the dealership. It was worth the drive.

2011 and 179,000 miles still running strong. Main repairs, some under warranty Expect your power steering pump to leak. Fixed 2x. 2nd time had to pay to replace new p. steering pump and rack assembly. $1200. Water pump leaked, needed replacing at 80k. $500 Valve cover gaskets leak. Engine runs strong, up to 21mpg highway. Transmission is smooth. Replaced all struts and shocks myself at 120k. ,$400 for all fr Amazon. Replaced all rotors and pads 2x in 179,000. Did myself at home. Rotors are $50 each doe AC Delco Silver ( Made in China) Pads are $60 for all 4 ceramic pads. YouTube has tons of videos on how to do brakes. Tuned up myself with Iridium plugs. Need a special spark plug wrench. Plugs are deep inside engine. Replaced all 6 spark coils myself for $80. Total tune-up with air & pcv filter less than $200. Interior still looks great. Most comfortable seats I've had. Exterior tricoat white pearl paint still glistening. Cooper tires last 75k on this car. Goodyear Fortrera stock tires noisy after 20k. Blowout at 30k. Auto VSC auto stabilze worked perfect. Keep car straight after blowout at 75moh.

Just bought this 2011 Aveo5 used. My other vehicle is a Ram 1500 with a hemi so my reason was fuel mileage but you would think going back and forth using the truck only when I need 4x4 or cargo that this would seem small and crappy, wrong, I love this car, the 5 speed standard makes it fun to drive and the interior is very comfortable for me, even on a couple hour road trip. I'm a truck technician and hate technology and gadgets, this thing has crank windows, manual locks, no cruise and no A/C, this stuff will always fail so I don't have to worry about it. It has 117,00 km on it and it works great. I now use this as my main transportation and leave the Ram home until needed. Love this car, a 10 all the way.

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

This place is a GREAT place to shop for a car! Absolutely NO pressure from the sales team! Carfax.com had a list of their inventory, so I went in to see the ones I liked in person. Normally when anyone sets foot onto a car lot, a salesman will swoop in on you, but not here. I walked around the lot for a few minutes and then Tony approached me and I showed him the cars I'd pulled up on carfax and we decided on one I wanted to test drive, he went and got the key, took a copy of my DL and away I went to take it on the freeway and test it out. I've often had a salesman ride along, but they let me take it by myself, which was great because I could take my time and if someone had driven with me, I'd have been nervous. Sonny, the manager, was very patient with me explaining all the whys and wherefores on my financing. I actually got turned down by 2 or 3 other places, but Sonny got me financing right away! He never once made me feel intimidated by the process. The day I picked up my new (used) car was an extremely happy day for me! Jerome picked me in my car and took me back to the office to complete all the paperwork and get my XXX on the dotted lines and wa la, I drove away in my Honda CRV! Their priority is to help people get into a car, not SALES. I really appreciate how smooth and easy they made the whole process!

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

The salesman waited for me To come in spite of the fact that all the other people have left for the day. When we got there he was very polite and did not rush us at all in the purchase I did buy the car The next day he personally drove it up here to Pollack Pines. My 2013 Tahoe LTZ w/ 143k miles is the best Chevy vehicle I’ve owned yet, for the last 20k miles I’ve owned it’s been very reliable, has never left me stranded. the only thing I do not care for is the afm to drop into 4 cyl mode, putting trans into manual 5 works like a charm to keep all 8 cylinders running up to 60mph. Working on these vehicles yourself is really easy for routine maintenance (except for the transmission), I’ve replaced a lot of stuff and fresh tune up on mine because she’s getting up there in mileage and I want to make sure she is going to be a top performer for the long run. Overall 9/10 recommend this Vehicle

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

I am on my 2nd Trail Blazer. 1st was a 2006, now. Loaded 2009 with a cream pearl air factory paint. Also had a 2002 sister Envoy loaded. My only contest fuel and brake lines corroded and had to be replaced. But it came from the north east coast. I wish I could get the same thing newer in the XL long wheelbase and V8. I’d buy one if it existed.

This was by far the best used car buying experience we have ever had. Believe me, we have bought a lot of cars in our life. Everything couldn't be better and the only reason we rated the Facilities at 4 stars not 5 is because they are showing their age.

My fuel pump modular and I guess it’s called a regulator fuel thing is causing me not to pass my emissions. Where can I buy these parts? I was told by Chevy dealership that they no longer make them for the 2004 trailblazers

Our experience with Urban Motors was amazing, right off the bat when we decided to get ahold of urban motors a man picked up (who goes by the name cliff) answered the phone with great enthusiasm and was ready to help and answered all of our questions, when he didn't have an exact answer to our question he called right back when he found out. As for the process of actually buying the car Cliff and Noman (the owner) made it such a smooth process they were willing to negotiate AND went through all of the coverages we would possibly need for the car, as well as gave us extra info to where we could get the car serviced for the car we purchased from them and our cars we didn't purchase from them. Overall Working with Urban Motors has showed us as the customer, buying a car should not be such a ridiculous process. Got 104k miles . Did the recall with the power steering. Oil change 2x a year. Just a great car for me. Someone with skinny arms can change the headlight without taking off the whole front.
