I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

Bought a new truck and had a factory issue, made an appointment they told me how long it would take they were spot on with their time estimate and repair was made and have had no issues with truck since. If you want fast and friendly service this is where you need to take your vehicle!

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

Kris Spindler was my Sales Rep. This young man and the Loan Guru, worked with me for over 3 hours in order to get me a loan I could afford for the car I wanted. All the folks there made me feel right at home. They are a great bunch of people. My car was brought to my home and I was told it would need to go back to fix a spot on the back. So whenever I could let it go on a Friday, they would fix it. They came and got the car, dropped of a replacement, and returned my car the next day. You can not beat that kind of service. Very good truck, bought it used, inside is comfortable lots of features, engine runs good for now. enough power to pull a trailer and good on mileage for a truck

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Best pulling truck combined with smooth ride and comfort. Design of the transmission keeps it cool to last longer going through torture. Dually configuration is preferred for great stability. 5 stars in my book.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

The really is the most reliable truck I've ever owned. Every truck I've ever owned was in the shop at one time or another, for various reasons. Since I've owned it, it has never had any issues, and only needed maintenance work done.

I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

I bought a 2018 Traverse new. I still have it in 2025. I bought it because it was an inexpensive truck. I have to say that it really grew on me as I have owned it. It is very reliable. I had only 1 check engine light after 4 years and cheap to fix. It runs great! Its fast and has a super comfortable suspension and interior. The stereo has a really good sound. It holds a lot of cargo at Costco for me. I take beach trips (total 7) with my gf and 3 children and their friends and everybody fits! I also tow with it. My son has a 16 foot Boston Whaler that it pulls no problem. Strong at the boat ramp as well. This is a great versatile truck and I will probably buy another one after 10 years. I am very pleased 4 stars for this truck. Almost perfect. Improvements: I would like a better and bigger touch screen and real usb hook up in car.

I have had a problem with my car for quite some time. I was told I needed a power steering pump. I called for estimates. I went with Mike at Tradition Auto. He called and told me I did not need a power steering pump but it was something totally different. Guess what my car is finally fixed. I will not go anywhere else now. My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

This is my 6th vehicle that I have bought from Scott Stricklin. My Whole family buys from Scott he is the best. He has always taken care of me every time.

I bought a 2011 w/ 7k miles and now have 163k miles. Very few issues new water pump 5 years ago, 2 brake jobs, synthetic oil changes every 3k miles, replaced windshield wiper motor. Very good vehicle for the $. Buying slightly used saved me $7k.

I have purchased purchased several cars from Ford Town and Country and I have been pleased every time. I’ve been treated fairly and they always stand behind their word. Recently, I bought an EV car and there was a misunderstanding, miss information given, and the dealership made it right I am very pleased. Will buy from them again. I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

While in the process of purchasing a new vehicle the dealership was Over all good start to finish.

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

I decided to go with the Chevy traverse and not the Chevy Tahoe.I own two Chevy Tahoe’s.And after the the problems we had with the engines and the traction control and stability control always popping on,I swear I would never buy another Tahoe.So we decided to go with the Chevy traverse and I was shocked at how much more room there was in the backseat compared to the Tahoe and right now so far so good

Logan is your guy! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was not expecting to buy a car this year but car accidents are never planned. The second I walked in, I felt like I was talking to a friend. The entire staff from beginning to end were not pushy or pressuring. They let us test drive the car by ourselves (unlike the competition down the road) and even let us take it a second time to lunch to have more time to ourselves to deliberate. Logan, specifically, was amazing to seal the deal with, but we encountered managers who were equally as cool and chill. Highly recommend!!!

Any sport, task, or vacation this vehicle can handle. I didn't need to plan how our family was going to get somewhere and never had any issues with our Suburban.
