Great experience been a while since I bought a new one First talk to him via Internet after they found what I wanted we went down in person purchase was very easy and only an hour or so very professional sales

I have had only 2 warranty issues. Both were immediately taken care of with no other issues on the truck. This has been the best vehicle I have owned out of 21 vehicles in my life. The comfort, power, features and dependability is why I gave it 5 Stars! I have roughly 59, 000 miles on it and I drive it every day. The gas mileage is 30MPG at 55 MPH!! I regularly get 23-25 on the highway at 65. Overall I get a real 16.5 in the city, and 24 on the Highway. My truck has been babied and kept clean at all times. No dogs, no kids, and I am happy with it.

Quick service call , friendly staff, professional, their auto shop is always kept super clean, I never have to wait. My car is taken back immediately a the work is started on immediately at my appointment time.

Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

Like all the other reviews I've read, a great car, fun to drive, comfy, quiet, peppy, good range. (All these based on price class, of course you can spend twice as much to get comfier, quieter, peppier, batter range.) A couple of points: hold out for the Premier trim level-- the view astern with the conventional rear view mirror is marginal at best, for safety on the highway and ease of parking you'll want the rear view camera display in the mirror and the other camera that help parking which come with the Premier level. A little scare with the charger that came with it- glitched out on me, and unplugging it and plugging it in again didn't fix. Took it to the dealership and it worked fine. Looking on the web later, it turns out that if the charger gets hung, you have to leave it unplugged for a few minutes for it to reset, which is probably what the trip to the dealership did. Only happened once, fine since then. Nitpicky- the charger is supposed to be mounted upright, cord down, for rain protection, but the 240 volt cord is too short to do that unless the 240 volt outlet is mounted upside down so the outlet itself catches rain. If you plan to mount your charger outside, plan on doing under some kind of overhang to protect from rain. Wheels can spin out with the great acceleration and two wheel drive, especially in rain. I've gotten used to the AWD of my Subaru Forester, so a bit of a shift. But Bolt is a xxxx sight quieter and a bit more comfortable than the forester. Bet the Forester get the front spot in our driveway in snowy weather.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

This SUV is solid in almost every way, but if I had to have any complaints I would say: *The design isn't really original, or even "Blazerish". Do I really care? No, but it's just kind of the reality that it doesn't look a lot different than the Equinox, Traverse, and many other vehicles by other manufacturers. Anyway just saying that they could have tried a little harder to have a signature defining figure to separate from everyone else. *The other complaint is that it doesn't have a CD player. Like who decided to save $100, and not put one in? Some Gen Z kid? Again, I see that a lot of cars are this way, but it's just being forced on us by this young crop of kids...At the very minimum take a survey to see who would elect to have one put in, or elect to have one not put in...people are just going with it

The staff at this location is amazing! The service is always complete at a reasonable time and there's no hassle when it's time for pick up! I highly recommend!

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

Bought the truck with 3000 miles on it. engine feels strong had no mechanical issues with almost 20,000 miles on it now knock on wood I drive it on 300 mile road trips regularly back and forth to college and with just a few infotainment issues such as Bluetooth not connecting the screen taking over 3 minutes to turn on which are frustrating but not devestating overall for the price this thing should be flawless and not have these basic issues but hasn't left me stranded. (PS don't buy OnStar Wi-Fi it is terrible never works interferes with your service)

We were a little leary of dealerships and in the past feeling intimidated bad uncaring salespeople who treat you like your a number. We decided to go to Capital Chevrolet in Lexington as my friend had told me, her saleslady who's she's bought from for years had started working there, she has great reviews, credentials and Kim even showed us the commercials where she had been on TV and the internet. We pull up and to our suprise we are greeted with the warmest smile and welcome from the exact person we went to see, Trisha Hulin! I've never felt more welcomed at a dealership as I did that day. Immediately all of my fears melted away, without her speaking a word I knew we were in good hands and she was everything Kim said she was. She greeted us with a smile, opened our doors and even helped me get my elderly mother inside and seated. She Immediately ask if we'd like a beverage or a snack, it was like visiting family, we were treated like royalty and we felt important and appreciated. I had some credit struggles and was nervous about it but Trisha assured me that she would take care of us and indeed she did. She worked with such grace ,integrity and honesty every step of the way, she was dressed and carried herself very professionally, you knew she genuinely cared and was there to help us and guide us in the right direction. That lifted such a heavy weight off of my shoulders. Just knowing she was doing everything she could for us was such a blessing, I can see why she's highly recommended and everyone raves about her. She worked hard and diligently but, she got us approved for the vehicle that we wanted, me and mom were ecstatic. I admire her so much, for her love of helping others and with a smile on her face every step of the way. She has the sweetest spirit, very positive, she's beautiful and she went above and beyond to take care of us. I can never thank her enough for all of her hard work and determination. I love the Bolt in general. I just bought my 4th one. It is by far the best value in EV's with the best range. The Premier is a really cool trim...I just bought the 2022 EUV Premier again the other night...it has birds eye view camera...panoramic roof...blind spot detector..lane assist...nav....the thermal battery management system keeps that battery healthy. Range is consistent around 250 miles based on driving habits. The Bolt in any trim/body style is by far the best value in the EV market.

Top shelf all around. The ride is terrific. Handling is great. Independent rear suspension makes all the difference in the world. Chevy’s top secret vehicle. Needs more advertising!!!

This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I have a 2021 blazer 2LT V6 AWD. I bought it new and I have 62000 miles on it. I have driven it through 8 states with it. This is the most comfortable anx fun SUV I've ever drove. I does feel like the rear-end slippes a little in the winter but it when through the snow with no issues and recently an ice storm. The Continental tires that came with it were not that great. They road rough and a lot of noise on country roads. They didn't seem to last very long either. A set of Firestone tires and the ride was better and less road noise. Better on snow and ice. I really like this blazer. I think the price is a little hight with just a few options.

Salesman Cameron was awesome. The young man knew his product, was helpful, courteous and honest. I love the truck I bought and would but 10 more from them if I could. 100% satisfied with the entire experience and hope Cameron gets to grow into doing finance as well!

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

You all undercut other dealers by thousands and didn't have a wait for the Sienna I got. Plus you delivered and were communicative. Robert was great.

we went to Phillips Chevy in Lansing to look a new cars, we were greeted by Mike Stramaglia who showed us some new cars. as we were looking at new cars he found a used car for us that was much more reasonable and with the features we wanted. Charging has turned out to be easier than expected, but haven't taken for long trip yet. Great acceleration and got over 440 miles on first 100% charge when delivered. Did get RST version so list price was higher than what is listed here.
