I always receive great service. I just did my 60,000 mile service maintenance. Although I didn't wait in lobby today, I did appreciate being able to walk into a clean, roomy lobby and grab an expresso to go when my ride came. Returned a couple hours later to pick up a clean serviced vehicle. I love the great service I get here!

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.

Back in December 2020 we sent out inquiries to twelve Jeep dealers within 70 miles of Stillwater (our home). Only six bothered to reply. Of those six, your salesperson, Jennifer Medina, was by far the most enthusiastic and helpful. She sent us two separate videos introducing herself and wanting to take care of our Jeep purchase. Solely because of Jennifer, we recently purchased a new Jeep Sahara from John Vance Auto Group. Jennifer facilitated that purchase. We found the whole process to be quite satisfactory. The Jeep arrived just as we had ordered it, and was transferred to us for the price agreed upon. It appears to be functioning according to spec, and we are quite satisfied with it. We don't normally take the trouble to write a review, but what is really prompting us to do so now is the service provided to us by Jennifer. She was polite, friendly, and attentive on every occasion we dealt with her. When we had questions, she answered them directly and honestly. If she didn't know the answer, she stayed with it until she got one for us. When we took delivery on the vehicle, she suggested a time when she could spend some time with us going over all the things that have changed since our old Jeep. She didn't rush us--let us get the feel of it and ask questions--showed us all the fancy electronic and internet stuff and got answers to questions she wasn't sure of. She is still following up on some of those questions 2 weeks later--bless her. You couldn't have a better representative. Treat her well. She's a keeper.

From the moment we walked in until the time we pulled out, he was right there every step of the way. No matter how many times I thanked him, he was so humble. Ryan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot as well as the one we had placed on hold prior to making the trip to Edmond. Now, about the dealership and the people as a whole. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles every step of the way - front desk, salesmen, managers and finance. Never once were we ever made to feel less than. Our experience at Edmond Hyundai was topnotch and I can’t say enough good things about them.

Morgan is the greatest. We have a Rav 4 hybrid and I have been very pleased with the service. The only issue I would have, if the wait is very long customer should be updated to the status of repair work being done. But the service is great! Car was given a good going over and fixed where needed. Morgan is extremely helpful!!! Keeps my vehicle running great

I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

I had an oil change and needed to buy a part (glovebox) for my vehicle. Setting up the appointment for the car to be serviced was easy and the person I spoke with on the phone was very courteous. I had originally ordered a glovebox from a local OKC dealership. But I called Joe Cooper and they were able to get it for half the price of the other dealership!

we went to Phillips Chevy in Lansing to look a new cars, we were greeted by Mike Stramaglia who showed us some new cars. as we were looking at new cars he found a used car for us that was much more reasonable and with the features we wanted. We worked with Brandon Lewis when purchasing our Blazer EV. He was extremely helpful and patient when answering all of the questions we had about transitioning to a full EV. Once we decided that the vehicle was going to be compatible with our daily routine, Brandon took our deposit and again went above and beyond making sure everything would be ready to go when we arrived from Michigan. 1000 miles and 18 hours worth of driving later, I pulled into Joe Cooper Chevrolet to be greeted by Brandon as soon as I walked in. We took a quick tour of all of the amenities the dealership had to offer and then proceeded to start the paperwork for our new vehicle. While signing paperwork, Brandon was making sure to explain what every signature and initial pertained to, going into more detail whenever I asked. Once completed I sat down with the financing manager who provided me with my final rate, as well as finalizing the required paperwork. We went over and confirmed what was previously discussed with Brandon and before I knew it we were finished and ready to start heading back to Michigan. Overall this was the smoothest dealership experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I never felt pressured to purchase any of the available packages or services, although they were explained in enough detail to allow me to make an informed decision. Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

The car was a 270 HP 4 speed & had great acceleration for any 50's car. Drove like a truck yet made me smile every time I took it out. So pretty in my eyes, I'd have given it a 10 star for looks if I could. A great investment too, bought in 1987 & sold for nearly 4 times the price in 2009. Yes, I miss it. It was white with red interior & got great comments every time it went out. Drove the car 40 to 80 times per year for the 22 years I owned it.

I bought a 2018 Traverse new. I still have it in 2025. I bought it because it was an inexpensive truck. I have to say that it really grew on me as I have owned it. It is very reliable. I had only 1 check engine light after 4 years and cheap to fix. It runs great! Its fast and has a super comfortable suspension and interior. The stereo has a really good sound. It holds a lot of cargo at Costco for me. I take beach trips (total 7) with my gf and 3 children and their friends and everybody fits! I also tow with it. My son has a 16 foot Boston Whaler that it pulls no problem. Strong at the boat ramp as well. This is a great versatile truck and I will probably buy another one after 10 years. I am very pleased 4 stars for this truck. Almost perfect. Improvements: I would like a better and bigger touch screen and real usb hook up in car.

We went on a test drive where Chad demonstrated all the functions on my new Trax. He really didn't miss anything and answered any questions I had. I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

Had a nice experience. Oil & filter change. Service adviser Hunter was personable and friendly. I asked Hunter for a couple of favors which he did. Nice experience overall.

This SUV is solid in almost every way, but if I had to have any complaints I would say: *The design isn't really original, or even "Blazerish". Do I really care? No, but it's just kind of the reality that it doesn't look a lot different than the Equinox, Traverse, and many other vehicles by other manufacturers. Anyway just saying that they could have tried a little harder to have a signature defining figure to separate from everyone else. *The other complaint is that it doesn't have a CD player. Like who decided to save $100, and not put one in? Some Gen Z kid? Again, I see that a lot of cars are this way, but it's just being forced on us by this young crop of kids...At the very minimum take a survey to see who would elect to have one put in, or elect to have one not put in...people are just going with it
