I have owned the car for about 15 months. It is a good car. There is an issue with burning a little oil. This is a known issue. I almost traded it in when I realized the oil consumption issue, but I stuck with it. I add almost a quote every two gas fill ups. I purchased it with 62,000 miles. I am a salesman and I put nearly 30,000 miles on it in the past 15 mos. Mostly highway. I had to repack the bearings in the rear wheels. This set me back about $1,200. Not good. Other than that, the car has been fine. I plan on driving it another year.

Stopped in looking for a car for my 16 year old. They allowed me drive without being pushy. I was even able to test drive the vehicle to my mechanic to have it inspected prior to purchasing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I love my Chevy classic, gets me where I need to go, no major problems, drive excellent, would recommend for anyone, reliable car, dependable, I give a 100.

In 2010 We bought a 2008 silverado. LT 5.3 engine. Two wheel drive. I still drive it everyday. Regular oil changes. This truck had 26k on it. Today it has 156k. Battries. Breaks, plugs and wires. Thats it. -50 below outside, starts right up! Awesome! Proud owner.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

This truck met all of my needs for work and for work around the house hauling materials to build and update as needed and for wood to heat the house.

Bought this car used just over one year ago. I've put brakes all around, and a few oil changes. Car needs virtually no maintenance, even at 255,000 miles and going. Great value for me. Mpg, interior, and handling are nothing to write home about, but everything on the car works as it should. Highly recommend for a functional, reliable car. Maintenance is everything

I bought this car in early 2025 with 58,000 orig miles. A 6 cyl automatic. Still runs good, plenty of power, ac is still cold. Not a fancy car, but is dependable. Comfortable seats .

Just purchased my second vehicle from Prime. Got it home and found it to have a transmission leak. Called the next day and they got it right in and fixed it without any hesitation or hidden cost. Was very apologetic that it happened. Used car is just that used. Felt that they were very fair with price, easy to work with, lots of cars, and on both car buying experiences they have been great. I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

Had to have 2 wires overlayed due to damaged wire setting off ABS and Stabletrek warning lights. Did and excellent job finding problem and solution

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. No issues so far. All I’ve done other than tires and brakes is drivers front wheel bearing. Car drives very well. Maintained well too. By the book or Even better

It's good value for the money! The performance is very good for the price tag. The interior is very comfortable with a soft beige theme. The dashboard is dark brown, which looks good with the beige seats. The ambient lighting is not so bright, but it looks good. The driver's seat is electronically adjustable, which is pretty easy to adjust. Bought it in 2016. It has been more than six years with it! And no problems with anything. It's definitely not the most comfortable car, but it's worth more than the price. Its 3.0L engine for the full feature model gives an outstanding performance with 0-100 kph times of around 7 seconds, which is pretty good for a 1660kg car. Drove it more than 160,000 kilometers. Definitely one of the best cars for its price in every aspect
