We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

Excellent service from beginning to end! This was a routine oil change and tire rotation and everything went as scheduled with no issues identified.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

I just bought this car 2 weeks ago with 125,000 miles for 4,500 hundred dollars. After a week it didn't start. So I took off the negative battery waited for 30 minutes and it started right up. I guess the computer needed restarted. It's been a week now and it has started every time.

2007 Silverado 1500 engine 5.3 runs great 150k miles exterior rocker panels have rotted out cab corners also! Have had oil change every 3000 miles burn's no oil ride's great yet.

I owe Tapp Motors (Jr and Sr) a wholehearted apology for what I wrote last night. Seems like we all had challenging days yesterday and our lines of communications were BROKEN. You know, I’ve always given advice about email like this: Write what you want, but NEVER, EVER send an emotional email... I broke my own rule. Also, if you have a problem and misunderstanding then pick up the phone, walk over and have a friendly conversation to clear the air. So, that’s what I did earlier today after not sleeping much last night. I called both gents and explained my feelings and why I abruptly left the lot yesterday. They were very gracious and we all apologized for poor communication. I felt better, they felt better and everyone is smiling and laughing... Life is GOOD! After such a misunderstanding and we’re able to “shake hands” and part friends says A LOT about the Character of the Tapp Family. It’s not often a rather bad communication can be settled and without hard feelings. It’s ALL about the more often and not practiced “Golden Rule”.... Sadly we’re often too busy to stop and smell the roses and more importantly LISTEN. God gave us two ears to one mouth. Gentlemen and The Family of Tapp Motors.... I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me

I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.
