They were pretty good, it took a little long but in the end I bought the car.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. Bought used. Did some research on it found out problems with AFM. I installed a tuner and did AFM delete and got rid of the top speed limiter, also set other perimeters to high performance, cold air intake, got rid of vacuum pump for braking and went to intake vacuum for booster did tranny thermostat bypass. also changed intake from 5.3 to 6.2 and changed throttle body. Installed catch can for oil blow by. Installed a throttle control booster, change oil every 3000 miles has 125056 miles got rid of all3 cats and has headers and dual straight pipes. sounds great. hptuners got check engine light off. I have street raced this against Camaros mustangs ect and tear them up. tranny has no issues nor do valves. Have buried the Speedo several times max speed was 152mph going by speedo on tuner display. In a truck ride was smooth handles great. I dog the xxxx out of it and it just takes it. I invite others to race. tag says RUN YOU.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

The service at this dealership is always outstanding, whither we are purchasing a vehicle or getting service done. The treat us like family and it's always a privilege to purchasing a vehicle or receiving services on our vehicle!

Chevy has been in the family for over years. I Love my truck.. I gave a second chance buying Chevrolet. My other vehicle was a Tahoe. And the transmission went out. So I decided to give it a second chance. Guess what my transmission went out on this one two.. Chevrolet should make a recall it's very scare and unsafe when truck just wants to go reverse.

My initial visit to Waldorf TOYOTA was for a recall. I made an appointment and arrived promptly. Upon arrival, I was given a 20-mile checkup and a fix for a minor issue. I was also contacted regarding the status of my vehicle. Later, I was informed that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Overall, my experience at Waldorf TOYOTA was great. I have no complaints about the atmosphere or the politeness of the staff. The coffee was also excellent, thanks to Waldorf TOYOTA.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

I have been watching for a 2019 Santa Fe and when I got a Cars.com notice on one at an amazing price, I jumped on it. Due to COVID-19, most dealerships are limited and this was the Memorial Day Weekend. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Went and saw the car at the dealership, took a test drive, and now it's mine. Annapolis made the deal easy and efficient. Paul even took me out and helped me with some of the advanced features on the car. They cleaned her up and touched up some scrape marks so she looks brand new. LOVE my new to me car.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

Initially Carl was standing in the rain as I got out my vehicle and I asked him why was he standing in the rain? He replied that came out to greet me. Carl listened to me and brought out some options but they didn’t speak to me. We decided on a specific model and I gave them 3 color options. Given that Carl was still learning the sale was finally assigned to Dwayne. Dwayne shared that he would loop Carl into the purchase. Dwayne and I discussed my desires as we conversed in a little small talk, while remaining professional. Dwayne brought the Manager into the conversation and shared my interest with him. Dwayne worked diligently on confirming the vehicle for me. We closed the deal. I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.
