They do a phenomenal job at this location. That is why I drive 286 miles round-trip just for them to change the oil here. They are always friendly and courteous, and then they have a shuttle driver that will drive you wherever you need to go if you ever need to go anywhere. The waiting room is always fully stocked with some snacks and drinks as well as a nice coffee pot for you while you wait. I highly recommend this place, and they get a 10 out of 10 easily. Also, my next vehicle will definitely come from this location, because they are such phenomenal staff as well as service advisors. Very pleasant auto buying experience. Great people to talk with and fair in their negotiations. I pointed out a scrape on the vehicle and they made a fair adjustment. It was the perfect buying experience … until I woke up this morning. I went out to wash the bugs off from driving home the night before and found several breaks and cracks in the grill and fender that I didn’t notice when I bought it the night before. They of course didn’t point them out to me. All I can say is, “Shame on me,”. My responsibility for not looking it over more closely. My bad not them. Buyers Beware! Look over every inch, twice. Everything is made of plastic these days.
