Five-Star Experience ? A Memorable First Sale for Ryan! I recently visited the dealership to return my lease and explore the option of purchasing a new vehicle ? specifically a Chevy Tahoe RST. From the moment we arrived, Ryan, our sales consultant, was incredibly helpful and patient. We later learned this was his very first sale, and based on our experience, I?m confident it?s the first of many successful ones to come. Ryan, along with his supervisor Gabril, took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We initially test drove a certified pre-owned Tahoe in pristine condition, and while it was impressive, I wasn?t sure buying used was the right move for us since we were transitioning away from leasing. As I was preparing to leave, I mentioned that I really wanted a new Tahoe RST in a specific model and color, which unfortunately wasn?t available on the lot. To make a long story short, my wife and I ended up purchasing a brand new 2026 Suburban RST with just one mile on it ? fresh off the truck. Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

It was refreshing to have a service employee appear to love his job, or he pretending really well. Either way it was appreciated. A great attitude goes a long way!

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

The service rep, Mike, was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I will be asking for him every time I service my vehicle. Furthermore, I am happy with the preventative maintenance that was done. Good work all around!!

Driving not as good as my 2011 Silverado 6.2 what great truck for power and performance during long trips from Baltimore to Atlanta. Other than rear brakes problems there are no major issues

In the interest of fairness, I wanted to follow up on the negative review I left on Dec 20, 2022. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

The car buying experience usually elicits a fair bit of anxiety from me, but I have to say 5 Star Subaru of Grapevine made my car purchase pretty painless. They are a business and they have to make money, I get that, but "Chief" (my sales consultant) was super easy going and I felt no hint of pushiness or pressure. We worked out a deal I was happy with and I drove away feeling good about it.

I have been very pleased with my 2015 Silverado 1500. There a few things to note about this model though, they tend to have some transmission issues and some may have drive shaft vibrations if not maintained properly.

Excellent Customer service. Otoh, the car prices here are higher than at other dealerships within a 50 mile radius. The sale manager was more greedy than flexible enough to work with customer. He gave me the impression that he didn?t plan to stay around much too long so gotta fleece as much as he can before making his exit outa here.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

My wife and I came in to essentially browse and compare vehicles on Saturday 08/16. We ended up speaking with John Cummings, who was extremely friendly, concise, to the point, and not pushy at all. He also was very honest and transparent during the entire ordeal. Having worked in a car dealer as a master tech for a good portion of my career, I typically am pretty good at picking up on red flags from shoddy salesmen, and I did not get any indication what so ever that John had any of those qualities. We test drove a Hyundai Palisade, which we really liked. I was up front with John on my financing expectations, and also requested that we get the vehicle on a lift for a visual inspection. There was a slight miscommunication between John and management, and they were not able to accommodate my request. What they did offer is the fact that Hiley, and themselves fully believed in their products they were selling, and that they knew for a fact there was nothing majorly wrong with the vehicle. Both Rusty the used car director, and the finance manager Lori gave me verbal confirmation that we could back out of the deal, post down payment, if I got it to my shop on Monday and found something catastrophic. I'm happy to report the vehicle was exactly as they advertised and promised. Next we dealt with Lori, the finance manager for all of the closing paperwork. She was very friendly and a straight shooter as well. She also was not overly pushy with any of the extended warranty plans or any other areas for upselling, as per usual in the finance department. Overall, we had a VERY pleasant experience between dealing with John and Lori. We did have one minor hiccup, which as of 08/18 I am waiting to see if John can possibly do anything for us, the spare key fob does not work with the vehicle, even though it has a new battery. I will revise this review once that issue is fully addressed and/or resolved. If you're looking for an honest salesman that won't lie to make a buck, or push a bunch of up selling onto you, ask for John Cummings.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

We bought a bronco sport, brought it back within 24 hours with an issue. They are taking care of it and getting it fixed right. All this is a minor inconvenience. I really appreciate them doing what they say they?re going to do.
