He presented options based on my wife requirements and we ended with a Seltos 2023, the way she want it... Happy wife, happy life ..... A weeks later, I have issues with my truck, I been a Ford owner for more than 30 yrs with multiples cars, but I was not feeling happy with my current vehicle. Again, reached out to Michael, and based on my requirements, I ended training my 2012 Expedition King Ranch for a new 2023 Kia Telluride. In the last 2 weeks I really confirmed that Kia was a great option for our home. Thanks to the entire staff.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

Service was great. The sales agent assigned to me is new to the location, she was very attentive. We weren't able to complete the deal, but not without great effort. I would recommend this dealership.

This is my second Malibu and I love it. My first one was in 2018. I live the upgraded and updated version. Anna is always great.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

We moved to Livonia a few months ago, and when it was time for service on my CRV, I wanted to find an honest Honda dealer--one that wouldn't tack on unnecessary services like a previous dealership did or take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. I was impressed with Suburban Honda of Farmington Hills from the start. When I discovered I had a scheduling conflict, Sandra (the employee who handles appointments) quickly accommodated me by finding a time later the same day. She was friendly and helpful. Bob Spurgeon, the director who was in charge of my service, was professional and polite. I explained to him that I wanted just an oil change and tires rotated, and that is exactly what was done, with no attempts to tack on any other services or superfluous charges that my husband and I have encountered in some places. Mr. Spurgeon seated us in his office to complete the work order and conversed with us in an amiable way before he showed us to the waiting room. We had been told that the entire appointment might take 1-1/2 hours, which includes a car wash, but it took just a little over a half hour for them to finish the work. The bill matched the estimate we had been given, with no suggestion that any "problems" exist that need attention. The only suggestion I could make is for the person who changes the oil to ask whether or not the owner wants the Oil % indicator to remain on the dash rather than be eliminated. I had to call the dealership later to find out how to shut it off. I didn't want that big Oil Can image to stay on the screen, but I couldn't find clear directions on how to delete it. They did offer to do it for me the next time I am near the dealership if I had any problem with the directions. (I am an elderly female.) At this point, I highly recommend this dealership for the friendly, professional way the employees treat the customer and the efficient way they do the work. We weren't sure where to find a good, honest dealership in this area, but from all indications, I think Suburban Honda is one that is fair and shows personal interest in the customer.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Picked up my new Ford Outer Banks Sports Bronco a little over a week ago and I just love it ! This was the first time in over 50 years of buying a car that I had to order a car and wait almost 3 months for it, but it was so worth the wait ! Thrilled with the color I picked out (Area 51) and so glad I went with the black top -- it really makes a difference in the way the car looks. Could not be happier with my purchase.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

I have a 2021 blazer 2LT V6 AWD. I bought it new and I have 62000 miles on it. I have driven it through 8 states with it. This is the most comfortable anx fun SUV I've ever drove. I does feel like the rear-end slippes a little in the winter but it when through the snow with no issues and recently an ice storm. The Continental tires that came with it were not that great. They road rough and a lot of noise on country roads. They didn't seem to last very long either. A set of Firestone tires and the ride was better and less road noise. Better on snow and ice. I really like this blazer. I think the price is a little hight with just a few options.

I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.

I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. 2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.
