We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I love my 2lt 2023 Malibu. I drives fantastic! I would recommend this car too my family members. Great value for the money. Beautiful looking car.

I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

I give the young man by the name of Cash, and Joshua excellent personality, in the know, very helpful along with encouraging comments. Each and every time I spoke with these young man, there remarks was always something that up lifted my spirit. It has been a challenge moving from up North to the Dallas area. These 2 guys were very warm. I thank you for your time, and your personality. Continue and you will always succeed.

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

I and my family have bought more than a half dozen vehicles (new and pre-owned) from Chuck Fairbanks, and have never had a bad experience. My oldest son and his wife are stationed in Gulfport MS and live on a Navy budget, and Jeff Sorrels worked his magic and got them a great deal on a certified pre-owned SUV for their growing family. My middle son was stationed in Groton CT and purchased a new Chevy Spark through Jeff, and he made it as easy as can be. My wife and I have bought several cars, a couple of trucks, and most recently a new Tahoe to haul all of our grandkids around. Jeff was a Rockstar, and got everything my wife wanted in her vehicle right down to the upgraded wheels. We'll continue to purchase vehicles from Jeff and Chuck Fairbanks, and hopefully our grandkids too.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

They were all very nice and the manager was awesome Josh and the gentleman that sold me the car today he was just great and I cannot for the life of me remember his name but he was very kind very patient and had a good sense of humor put us at ease and made everything work in our favor and so I was so very grateful we've had a lot of bad experiences lately but this one was not one of them I am very grateful for them at drive time. And when I find out the guy's name that was my salesman today I promise you I'm going to do another review with his name.
