I also want to give a huge shout-out to Tim in Finance. I walked in as a "hard no" on all insurance products. Tim was patient, honest, and explained the benefits without being pushy. I left with zero pressure and two separate deal sheets to consider at my own pace. It’s easy to see why their rating is so high. If you want a dealer that honors their pricing and fixes problems immediately, ask for Corey. And I know Kendall already has a 4.8-star rating, so they probably don't need another review, but the team here—specifically Corey, Brad, and Tim—earned this one.

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

I bought this car with 8,900 miles, I have put over 15,000 on it, it sits around 30,500 miles now I haven’t had any issues with it at all and is been driven in long distances from Texas to Montana and so on Now I doo get a few people say this car is crap and unreliable But this one is different, I recommend this car 100%

I bought my 2020 Premier in December, 2019. I have owned Impalas since 2000 and buy a new one every 3 years. They are reliable and comfortable and I love big cars. This one does not disappoint. I also have a 2018 Premier with 40K miles and it has no issues. Had to replace all 4 tires at 20K miles which I thought was premature. Other than that the car/s have performed perfectly. Too bad Chevy cut the brand. Now everyone is buying SUVs but I don't like them and would never buy one. Ditto for electric cars - they are not yet ready for prime time.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

I bought a 2011 w/ 7k miles and now have 163k miles. Very few issues new water pump 5 years ago, 2 brake jobs, synthetic oil changes every 3k miles, replaced windshield wiper motor. Very good vehicle for the $. Buying slightly used saved me $7k.

I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

We bought a new 2018 Impala over the Cadillac Test drove both. Impala had more interior leg and head room. My opinion their was not much of a difference in the ride or handling between them to have us spend 50K on Cadillac. Overall the Impala is a great ride plenty of power with the V6. MPG average around 27 to 33 I Highly recommend this car

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

By far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. No pressure to buy. Actually told me I could test drive a few to make sure I get what I truly needed. Daniel was amazing very patient while we waited for insurance to switch. Very through goin over contract payment ect to make sure I could afford it and not working just to pay my car note. Washed it filled it up w fuel before he'd even let me take it. That alone says alot being it an explorer and gas to fill it was a bill I'm sure. They treated us like family went above and beyond... Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.
