I bought a 2009 model in 2021, with 150k on the clock. Soon after, I had to replace the throttle body, the thermostat, the water pump, the brakes, and tires ( duh ) and the battery, and the front catalytic converter and the oil cooler, all fluids, bled the brakes, etc... ...I paid 3500.00 for it, and put a few thousand in it....BUT, it went 150k without any maintenance apparently...I took a chance and didn't replace the timing belt...so far so good, no carfax records...it runs and drives well, and it has been a great commuter for my wife, and I can say that it has more than paid for itself many times...way cheaper than a new car, but I am a pretty good mechanic so, ...don't be afraid of this little car...easy to work on...straight forward...transmission is great.

I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. If I could CLON the passion and real concern that Andrew and his team have for customers it would be incredible. We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

As usual, Kelly Buchner was there as I entered the service area. I have been getting my service with her for many years.She takes very good care of me and my car.

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt like a valued customer not just another number. Ruth took amazing care of me and I will be back!

Out of all the cars that I have taken for a test drive. The 2025 Chevy Malibu is the best. It has style, it drives and handles well, and has some awesome features to go along with it. But more importantly it is a by name it is one of the most reliable vehicles you can buy and never go wrong.

Jerrid Marhefka was the salesman who helped me find my new car. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable with any questions I had. He made the experience enjoyable and quick, which was important because this can be a stressful process. I will be coming back here from now on!

I took my Pacifica in because the touch screen and radio/carplay were working intermittently. In the past, I did soft resets of the radio to temporarily fix CarPlay but overtime that prior fix was insufficient. The radio was replaced less than a year ago as part of recall. So THIS time. Instead of fiddling with the problem on my own, I took the Pacifica in for diagnostics on the radio and touch screen. The heated steering wheel and driver?s seat could not be activated sometimes because the touch screen was unresponsive. At the same time, CarPlay was unresponsive telling me to make sure my phone was in proximity when my good phone was right next to the touch screen control panel. I am pleased the company understood my complaint and my request for a single diagnostic charge if needed. The technician did a hard reset of the radio and checked the heating of the steering and seat by means of the touch screen, and tested CarPlay with a good working phone. The tech noted that 15 days of freezing temperatures could have affected the touch screen. Advised that if problems persist. Tech recommended replacement of touch screen/radio. I was not charged for the diagnostic and my vehicle was was for pick up at the time specifies. I also had the company shuttle driver transport me one way free of charge. Also with all the ice someone else had left a vehicle for servicing without its keys and was blocking exits from the service dept . As I prepared to leave, an employee stopped me said the normal exits were blocked and he would circumnavigate the lot to bring my car around to a different exit. I was to go inside to the warm customer lounge to wait for him. He did as he offered abs I was in my way within minutes. I was helping four service staff because I brought my Oacufuca in early and picked it up early . They are spectacular highly recommend this service dept

I drove 5 hours to get to Next Step to purchase my car. It was quite the trip, but totally worth it. The reason is that #1, they are very honest and kind. Matt and Mike are upfront and have a great deal of integrity. They worked together to get my business and to seek out options that allowed me to leave extremely happy and well taken care of. I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

Joe from Sicklerville now lives in Florida for 2 years my 14 Impala has 265,000 Mi on it and still runs excellent did minor repairs but still original motor transmission if you do the right maintenance on this car I expect to get at least 500,000 miles out of this car but I really do take good care of it I don't neglect anything
