I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service I am greeted and attended exceptionally well. I tend to ask for Yuri, as she has offered me great customer service. We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Took my car in for an oil change got great customer service from Chris. Love to go to this location even though I live in Norwalk! They alway look out for the customers, unlike other dealerships, I’ve dealt with (Cerritos)…Chris did a great job making sure my car was up to date & checked if any recalls were needed and made sure things were well taken care of! I've had my 2022 Premier for about 6 months. I like it more than I want to - I was waiting to buy a Cadillac later this year! I saw this Premier (2liter turbo) that was new last October with less than 4k miles (and 20+% under list) and could not pass it up. It's comfortable, quiet, handles well and is OK quick. It has heated rear seats, which I don't need but no power tilt/telescope steering wheel or power up pass. window. Fuel economy is spot on it's EPA rating. I have 2 small complaints. (1) the radio, set to Sirius/XM, will change to 97.4 FM - no warning/no reason. My local dealer updated the radio software but this stlll happens. (2) At the same instant the dash pod winks out...then comes back. Weird but I'm not gonna sweat this. Overall a nice GM product.

I purchased my Malibu LS almost a year ago and remain very satisfied with this vehicle, it looks very classy, it is very fuel efficient, it is very peppy with the 4cyl turbo engine, this is very good more basic transportation compared to other brands, if your not hung up on having all the bells and whistles buy this car!!!

The listing indicated the vehicle had been in an accident. I emailed the dealer asking for the details. I received a reply that did not address the accident. I renewed my request. I received another reply from a different agent that did not address the accident. I renewed my request again and this agent promptly sent me the Carfax. He was very responsive and while after looking at the Carfax I decided to pass, I asked him to keep an eye out for the vehicle I am looking for.

Bought the Malibu RS trim, I like the looks better than the LS/LT and it's also slightly less expensive. This car really hits the mark for an economy car. I get 10mpg more than my old 20mpg V6 twin turbo Taurus. Cheaper to run than my old car but not nearly as fast.... but that's what you give up to get the better fuel economy. This car has a CVT transmission and that forces a different driving style than a car with a normal transmission. You can't do heavy throttle starts, you just get a lot of noise and not much speed. It feels like the trans is slipping when you floor it, and it probably is. However if you start slow and then roll into the throttle it will actually push you back in your seat. Overall good performance, you just can't expect to drag race with it. Very nice as a stylish people mover.

Most representatives were nice and the general managers followed up right next day to provide good discounts. We will recommend this dealer to our friends in the future.

This is my second Malibu and I love it. My first one was in 2018. I live the upgraded and updated version. Anna is always great.

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....
