Arrived at the service department for routine service and as usual, the customer service representative listened attentively and made notes of each request. The wait time was somewhat excessive but as we all know, staffing for almost everyone is tough these days. I understood this, but the customer service representative Brandon kindly offered the service at no charge which I certainly did not expect. I offered to pay but he was apologetic for the long wait time. How often does this happen? We have been and will continue to be a customer since buying our car new here and I'm sure we will buy our next one here!

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

Bought my 2015 Silverado in 2023. It’s been a great running truck. It’s roomy and runs very smooth and is very good on gas mileage.

We visited Nodine motors specifically to look at the small Cadillac SUV that has a telescoping steering wheel. Scoliosis has shortened my torso, but I have really long legs and I had been having visibility issues with my Honda Crosstour. As soon as I sat in the Cadillac I could see it wasn't going to work. Angela surveyed the situation and proceeded to check on some other SUV's she had in stock and came up with a Lexus 350 that was a perfect fit, and in our price range. Not only that, but even with 100,000 miles on it the car looks brand new - inside and out. (Really careful exam reveals a few tiny insignificant blemishes.) We did not pay a penny that day (late Friday afternoon), and Angela accepted the Honda as a temporary down payment. She took care of transferring my handicapped plate from the Honda to the Lexus and on Monday she worked with our credit union in California (we had a pre-approved loan) to complete the transaction. Final frosting on the cake - Angela drove us to lunch (it was raining and I have decreased mobility) and picked us up!! I challenge any other used car dealer to deliver that kind of customer service.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

Best pulling truck combined with smooth ride and comfort. Design of the transmission keeps it cool to last longer going through torture. Dually configuration is preferred for great stability. 5 stars in my book.

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

I commute 700 miles a week in this truck. It gets good gas mileage and is reliable and comfortable. At 263,000 miles it is still going strong and my mechanic thinks I may get another 100,000 to 150,000 miles. It’s a great smaller-sized truck.

This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully

We live in Hilton Head and I looked for our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve for about a month. I had a couple deals all set up one in Ga, one in NC and another in KY. I always buy out of state for a number of reasons but finding one equipped the way I wanted was the main reason. On the day before I sealed a deal with another dealer I contacted Mike Ward at Marion. I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

Just bought the car. 2001 Camaro SS in dark metallic navy blue. Honestly the nicest color combo I have ever seen on this car. Stunning to say the least. Tan leather interior. Just turned 50k miles and mint isn't even good enough. Literally showroom quality in and out. Hands down the nicest one I've had and this will be about my tenth F body from 89 to 01 all nice cars. My last one was a 98 Z28 mostly original except the exhaust and a few bells and whistles but nothing over the top. Just had the rear carrier and axle bearings and seals done. 182k and ran like the day it had 60k on it. If you don't beat it and keep up with the oil and other very important and often overlooked maintainance they will go until you crash and total it. That LS1 will just not die unless you kill it will neglegence or stupidity. Best platform GM ever built in my opinion. Could not be happier. Umi 1.5 drop springs with koni shocks and a tik performance m/c for the clutch. C5 ZO6 rims and tires just turned 500 miles. Perfect stance just perfect. 18's in the rear and 17's up front with toyo 888"s. That's about it for mods. Got a few more things I'd like to do come the spring time. There you have it. The nicest Camaro SS out there. I'm sure there are some beauty's out there but better I can't imagine its possible

I just purchased my second vehicle from Bryan Easler Toyota and it was just as smooth and transparent as my Tundra a couple of years ago! I sourced and purchased a new RAV4 for my daughter that had exactly the options she wanted and priced accordingly! I drove from Charleston and everything was ready for signatures and delivery was very expeditious. We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

A couple of days ago I went to Morganton Honda and left with a new 2025 Honda Ridgeline truck. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. 2025 Trax LS . The cheap trim level with a key Local dealer selling them at $1500 off. No tricks or xx. Yeah , even I was surprised Designed in China . Made in South Korea . The good- basic transport with some flair The bad- Must have opened only one row of containers at the port . Any dealer that had an LS only had the one color.. Does it's business , even on the freeway ..70 mph all day long . I try to change the oil often , as the wet timing belt is probably only good for.50000 miles . Comfy smooth on the road. Rear seat passenger says no , but all in all a decent buy at $21000.

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.
