I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

Was shopping for a used vehicle for my son for about a month. Cars.com lead me to Silverton motors found the jeep was looking for David and John made it easy thanks guys!

Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.

Found our car at a local Toyota dealership. Great service. Was looking for Low mileage and a newer car. Great gas mileage also. Paid car off, but didn't get any deal for doing that was hoping to get free oil changes like my son did.

With the great floods of North Jersey, my pride and joy, my pleasure to drive, my daily driver got washed away. Totaled. The insurance companies were inundated with similar cases and took forever to cut a check. And to make matters worse, there were no rentals to be found. All I could scrape together was $3,000. A buddy of mine passes their lot every day on his way home from work. He always mentioned how they have such a nice selection of cars on their front line. I popped in on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by 2 nice young men, David and I forgot the other guy but I know it started with a “P”. Nevertheless, I told them my situation and they found me a perfect car. The fact of the matter is, they got me exactly what I needed during my time of need. The lord works in mysterious ways but I am thankful I was guided to them. I will keep coming back and spread the word to all the members of my church. Many blessings to them!

I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

It's a good car. Bought it used. I bought it with 84000 miles, now has 111,000 miles. Main computer had to be replaced, and was done under warranty. I replaced the brakes myself at 104,000 miles, and they were the original OE GM brakes the car was born with. Seats lack support, but I bought a leather cushion that helps. The back seat is really tight, ok for small kids. My fuel economy in the city can get to 23 mpg if I don't use the AC. It gets worse city mileage in the winter too. Highway mileage, the car does well, 34-35 if I drive it right. I think for a reliable used car, it's ok. They are cheaper than the Japanese competition. Rides and handles well.

I bought a 2010 lexus sh250s, it had a bad window motor and trunk latch. The owner said is was willing to fix it, if I bought the car. That week the part came in and it was fix immediately. I would definitely buy another car from here . Another thing I didn't deal with any of the b.s you will find at 90% car lot and they didn't have crazy fees !!

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

My son purchased a car from John and has had this car for more than 3 years now. When he purchased this car John made my son promises and kept everyone. this dealership is the greatest. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and Perferred was the best place ever to purchase a car from. 2011 and 179,000 miles still running strong. Main repairs, some under warranty Expect your power steering pump to leak. Fixed 2x. 2nd time had to pay to replace new p. steering pump and rack assembly. $1200. Water pump leaked, needed replacing at 80k. $500 Valve cover gaskets leak. Engine runs strong, up to 21mpg highway. Transmission is smooth. Replaced all struts and shocks myself at 120k. ,$400 for all fr Amazon. Replaced all rotors and pads 2x in 179,000. Did myself at home. Rotors are $50 each doe AC Delco Silver ( Made in China) Pads are $60 for all 4 ceramic pads. YouTube has tons of videos on how to do brakes. Tuned up myself with Iridium plugs. Need a special spark plug wrench. Plugs are deep inside engine. Replaced all 6 spark coils myself for $80. Total tune-up with air & pcv filter less than $200. Interior still looks great. Most comfortable seats I've had. Exterior tricoat white pearl paint still glistening. Cooper tires last 75k on this car. Goodyear Fortrera stock tires noisy after 20k. Blowout at 30k. Auto VSC auto stabilze worked perfect. Keep car straight after blowout at 75moh.

Needed a second car to keep the miles down on my leased Acura ILX. It’s not something I am driving everyday so it doesnt need to be as nice as my Acura. I walked around the lot and found a nice honda with good miles. The price was right. I didn't have it in me to play hardball with the kid. They got me an extended warranty for a minor additional charge, which I know I am going to use in the future. I’m not handy, that is why I lease new Acuras. But they worked with me. Only thing they need is a coffee maker and maybe a nice donut spread like they do at the Acura dealer

Bought the car used. Only issue I’ve noticed on them is the rocker panels seem to rust on a lot of them, but that Is a cheap and easy fix if you buy the clip ons. Overall a good car for the price.

I owned a 2007 Cobalt LT for 6 years as a daily driver. It was by far one of the best and most reliable cars i've had. never once had a problem with the drive train. The biggest issue I had was having to replace ball joints frequently. parts are very cheap and readily available just about anywhere. It always got 30 mpg on the highway and kept up with traffic well.

I have a 2005 Colorado LS Ext Cab 4X4 with Z71, Cherry Red Metallic. As of August 2025 , has 377,813 miles , and still driven every day. The 5 cyl gets 20 mpg around Town and 22 mpg on the highway! The 3.5 L has 95% torque from 1500 rpm to 6000 rpm, and excellerates well , easily cruises at 2200 rpm at 80 mph! I pulled a 5000 Lb rv from Branson, MO to Atlanta, GA averaged 14 mpg. Best Truck I have owned!

Car rides nice. Very clean. A bit of a hum when driving but according to other reviews this is normal and you can't hear it over the radio. Ac is ICE COLD!! Even for a 12 year old car. So far so good. Only had it a day so time will tell.

I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

As a single mother of 3 little ones, I need something dependable and big enough to haul around all of their toys and sports equipment. In the past I have been burned by used car dealers. After my husband left me, I can no longer afford to lease Acadia’s. Dave and Michael were great. They were very low pressure and offered for me to have a local mechanic of my choice take a look at the van. After the mechanic inspected the van, he noticed that there was a minor leak in the radiator. Dave and Michael went above and beyond for me. They ordered the part for the van and 3 days later it was repaired and ready for me to drive home. Bought this 2004 tahoe with a 5.3 L tow package with 257,000 miles on it in 2018 couldnt be more happy very comfortable on long trips engine runs great towed a 26’ travel trailer to northern idaho and oregon from so cal the gas mileage sucked but was a great vacation no issues however after getting home had to put in a transmission to the tune of $2500.00 made the same trip a year later no issues this time gas mileage really sucked due to current gas prices car now has 300.000 miles on it would buy a new one if i could afford $80,000.00!!! Bottom line best money i ever spent on a car

from what I'm seeing other people report, the 1.4 turbo is the problem. I have the LS 1.8 and yes I have replaced the water pump but it was not driven hot so it did not damage the head gasket or block. it has 180,000 miles on it and runs like a new one. the comfort and handling makes up for the lack of power although it has enough. it's not a Camaro or a Corvette but it's a xxxx good Car.

Love my Cruze! Have had to do minor maintenance but nothing that wasn’t expected. Big bonus is the parts are super cheap! I have a 2015 and 2017. Love them both!

5.3L Colorado?? Yes please! This truck will last forever. Only downside is grounding issues (well-known issue with Colorado's) but easily fixable, and fuel efficiency (but you have a v8).
