After months of vague thoughts of wanting a truck, a weekend spent driving my friend's Tacoma convinced me it was time to trade in my Element. Only having bought from private parties in the past, I was a little skeptical about going to a dealership, but I didn't want to spend months looking, and State Street had a Nissan Titan that fit the bill. I reached out on a Sunday and had a reply by Monday morning, after which we scheduled a time to take the vehicle for a test ride. Dory answered the few questions I had but was not pushy (a concern I had about dealerships). He essentially gave left me to my own decision making, and when I said "let's go!" he moved things right along. The whole process was painless, and they even fixed the minor gripes I had about the vehicle. Dory and co were extremely gracious about helping me out and getting everything sorted, despite it being a used vehicle with no warranty. Their willingness to help was an unexpected surprise, even more so because their their mechanic had determined that the vehicle I'd traded in was going to need a large repair, eating into their margins. I have a 2018 SS a d I love it. With 455 hp and 455 lb ft through a 6 speed manual and quad exhaust, 8" screen, deluxe instruments, full LED/ HID lighting, spoiler, splitter, diffuser, K&N filter, tinted windows, and a Pioneer TS-WX1210A powered sub it rocks inside and out. Great car.

Great experience at this dealership. The general manager is very nice, low key and transparent! All the car salesmen who helped me were great too. This dealership was willing to work with me and gave me what I wanted for my trade and dropped the price of the vehicle I bought. It was a quick and easy process. We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

2 months ago I went into Cortez Auto Sales in Burlington Washington, The following day I picked up my 2021 Camaro... A couple months prior to meeting Derek and Johnny at Cortez Auto Sales I had purchased a vehicle down south that left me discouraged of all dealerships it was a horrific experience but within the first half hour of talking with Derek and Johnny I felt at ease, I had been car shopping on and off for 5 or 6 months, both Johnny and Derek went above and beyond they the whole priced, 2 months later they are still taking care of any of my question and concerns, when I test over the car they let me take it by myself they told me take as long as I needed to make sure I liked it or until I knew I liked it or until I knew I didn't want it, a couple weeks after having the car I came out of work and I had a flat tire, I called Cortez they put brand new tires on it they are awesome, Cortez is not only the only review I've wrote but it's the good review I've wanted to write😋 way to go Bobby and Derrick...Thank you for getting me into my dream car...I LOVE Y'ALL AT CORTEZ...

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

I was looking for a specific car and found one at State Street Motors. I looked the car over pretty well without having a salesperson hovering and as I started to the office Dory came out and asked if I would like to drive it. Very trusting. I took the car for a pretty good test, on the freeway and over some bumpy areas to see if it rattled. I returned to the dealer and spent some time checking to see if everything worked. The car was very clean inside and out and even the engine area. The price was as advertised, which was very good, and we agreed that I would come back with money and buy it. He didn't want a deposit and trusted that I would be back. I got the financing arranged with my CU and they wanted a sales agreement which Dory very gladly supplied. The money came and he had the paper work all ready for me when my wife dropped me off. Great experience. I had the mechanics that take care of our cars check the new one over and they loved it. I've never had an easier or more satisfying car buying experience.

I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

The sales person was nice and professional and the cars were Clean and ready for test drive. They were not very responsive to our concerns regarding noise in the front end. Not sure I would really recommend unless you know a thing or two about cars or have a fixd computer module like I do. It’s saved me from making a bad decision on more Than one occasion.

Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

Purchased a 2008 LTZ a couple of years ago from my husband's boss with less than 70,000 miles on it. WE LOVE IT. Very roomy for all of my grandkids, love the DVD player and all the extra room. Drives like a dream and for someone who dislikes driving in the snow, I feel completely safe on the road. The towing is amazing and the handling is as smooth as butter. This has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. Hope to have it many more years.

Owned my Camaro for 10+ years and it’s only ever needed routine maintenance. It’s incredibly quick and handles highway speeds with ease. It gets great fuel efficiency for a muscle car, especially on the highway. Always sounds amazing and is overall a very fun car to drive!

The service we received was exceptional, courteous, simply a pleasant experience. I was concerned about buying a used truck but I eventually felt comfortable after our questions were answered with patience and validation of our concerns.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

My interactions from scheduling the service, arrival, and leaving were all exceptional. The service advisor was friendly and the porters took care to keep te vehicle clean. The time it took to complete the service was as expected. So I will be returning when other service is required.

2025 Trax LS . The cheap trim level with a key Local dealer selling them at $1500 off. No tricks or xx. Yeah , even I was surprised Designed in China . Made in South Korea . The good- basic transport with some flair The bad- Must have opened only one row of containers at the port . Any dealer that had an LS only had the one color.. Does it's business , even on the freeway ..70 mph all day long . I try to change the oil often , as the wet timing belt is probably only good for.50000 miles . Comfy smooth on the road. Rear seat passenger says no , but all in all a decent buy at $21000.
