Easiest car buying experience ever. Normally would rather have a root canal, but everyone at this dealership was friendly, helpful and made the whole process easy.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

It was a very casual experience with no pressure. I actually had a few things in common with John and the finance guy( sorry I can't remember his name). Overall a pleasant transaction.

Top shelf all around. The ride is terrific. Handling is great. Independent rear suspension makes all the difference in the world. Chevy’s top secret vehicle. Needs more advertising!!!

Hannah was helpful in making sure we were well taken care of and followed up after the service to make sure everything was running properly.

I have a 2021 blazer 2LT V6 AWD. I bought it new and I have 62000 miles on it. I have driven it through 8 states with it. This is the most comfortable anx fun SUV I've ever drove. I does feel like the rear-end slippes a little in the winter but it when through the snow with no issues and recently an ice storm. The Continental tires that came with it were not that great. They road rough and a lot of noise on country roads. They didn't seem to last very long either. A set of Firestone tires and the ride was better and less road noise. Better on snow and ice. I really like this blazer. I think the price is a little hight with just a few options.

In the process of fixing my vehicle they have kept me informed on what is going on about the process. Because of the age of my vehicle and it not being built anymore it is taking a bit longer to find good parts for it. They are not finished with the process yet but can't wait to see how good it will look when it is.

We had a problem with our 2018 Jeep Cherokee and spoke to Hannah in the service department. She told us to bring the car in for a look since we were travelling from Canada. To our surprise we were met by Matt in the parking lot with code reader in hand. He took care of us immediately and we were on the road very quickly. we went to Phillips Chevy in Lansing to look a new cars, we were greeted by Mike Stramaglia who showed us some new cars. as we were looking at new cars he found a used car for us that was much more reasonable and with the features we wanted.
